edit: I swear to god there was no hose when I went. it was just shooting air straight out of the machine. but it had a hose when I drove by today, so... check to see if there's a hose on the machine before you pay, I guess?

I am so disappointed in this biscuits and gravy this morning. And pisses me off cause it ruined my favorite breakfast. Only a single biscuit, last one I ate had 2. Now take a look at this sauce. Ive eaten most of it but there is absolutely no sausage. Well there was 2 tiny little pieces so t was like there was none. Gravy was cold and runny. Now normally I would check first but I thought all Mavericks were the same and never had an issue before. So I get down the road and low and behold the worst one I've ever had as of yet and I didn't have time to turn around or I would have been late work.

EDIT: store manager called me and since then I have seen receipts every time. Thanks a ton!
Iāve been here well over 10 times the last two months and have never had a receipt print off at the pump, I always have to take another 5-10 mins out of my day to go in and get a receipt at the counter because they are too lazy to fill the gas pump receipt paper.

Went in there in the morning about noon say like 2-3 the floors were very sticky and the counters tops were very sticky also. There was a lot of trash on the counters, floor and the sink didn't look nice for people to raise their cups for refills. I asked one of the employees if they had more of the coffee creamer for drinks and she couldn't even hear me because she was listening to music in her ear. My mom has to say something to her to get her attention. I don't think us customers are supposed to yell at the Maverik employees to get their attention for just a second.

Posting this immediately after leaving, so y'all don't need to ask me for any details. There is some creepy construction dude "helping out" the worker (i.e. condescendingly and unnecessarily directing people to the self-checkout). He also made me uncomfortable while I was shopping around, so I left with much less than I usually do.

Wow one of my favorite managers got demoted for being nice to employees. In my 15 years of retail and running multiple stores I would have promoted that manager. Poor leadership on whoever is running that store.

I was in last night around 8 and there who suspected to be manager or an owner being rude to employees.
āCongratulations on doing your jobā in his tone of voice was just plain rude. Additionally when did retail stop greeting customers? I thought the same guy was a customer as well, until he spoke to the employees. He was the first person I walked into upon entering, just looking at stuff on the aisle.

They rarely have hot dogs ready and when they do they are old and shriveled, if they do have some ready then for what ever reason they didn6't have their toppings out, I didn't understand it. Nice staff at least.
