Had a call from Darren even though he was on vacation, made an effort to help me. Explained to them my situation and he was able to get me a machine the following day. They got me my insurance info and prescription and David the RT took care of me with the setup of the new machine. Got an Airsense 11. Love it and had a great sleep last night. If there were 10 stars, I would have given them!”

“The new order was right on time. They fit perfectly. The only thing that's wrong is the delivery. I tried speaking with the delivery people. I'd put Indian instructions on my work orders. And they still leave the packages in the lobby, which is very difficult. For me to retrieve, please find a way to get on track delivery service to deliver my packages to my door.”

I called ahead and by the time I arrived to the store, and they knew exactly who I was. They had arranged for me to test multiple scooters and educated me on the features and benefits of each one. If you're needing a scooter to improve your mobility, I am sorry, but know that there are companies like the scooter store who are there to help you every step of the way.”

“The portable oxygen concentrator I was using came up with an error code, looked it up and saw that it said the sieve beds needed to be changed. I looked all around for this model on the internet thinking I’d be able to find the part myself and fix it. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I did however find these guys. I brought my POC in, dropped it off, and they had it back to me in no time. The pricing I felt was very fair, plus taking into consideration the cost of purchasing a new one.”
