“I have rented mobility scooters from this place on my last few visits to Salt Lake City. The last time I rented one the scooter kept showing that it needed to be charged within an hour or two after starting out in the morning even though the scooter had been charging all night. I contacted Red Rock and they sent a person to look at the scooter immediately. It was determined that a loose wire was causing it to look like the scooter needed charging. RRMS was more than fair with compensating me for the inconvenience since there weren't any other scooters available to rent. This will always be my go to medical supply store when I visit SLC.”

“The new order was right on time. They fit perfectly. The only thing that's wrong is the delivery. I tried speaking with the delivery people. I'd put Indian instructions on my work orders. And they still leave the packages in the lobby, which is very difficult. For me to retrieve, please find a way to get on track delivery service to deliver my packages to my door.”
