We were not asked if we could be helped till after we had our hands full of product. We walked right past an employee upon entering the store with no acknowledgment. 30 mins later we were then asked if we could be helped. I noticed two of them staring at us while we shopped. When waiting in checkout they offered to check out the lady behind me and not myself who had been waiting in line. The cashier then rang up the lady next to me incorrectly and the cashier was too ignorant to take his supervisors direction. Not impressed

I have been in twice lately, once back in July when I was helped by Justin, he was a very knowledgeable man who was able to help my every need. A few weeks ago I was greeted by a very young man. Haydan, he was very young and I was doubtful about being served by him but within minutes I was assured that I would never want to be helped by any other associates except him. He was the sweetest young man I've ever helped. He took an hour and a half finding what I wanted and just everything about this visit was very nice. The only thing I disliked was I offered the young man a tip for his service. And he refused saying that "I'm just happy I could help" and then smiled at me and he handed me my receipt. He shook my hand like a professional.It was a pleasure meeting this young man.

Rented several tuxs for our wedding at the end of Sept for the groom and his groomsman. Initial intake was amazing - they showed us several samples and helped put together the most perfect look. They got everything in the system and explained how we could monitor who has been fitted and who picked up their tuxs. Several of our groomsman went in to get fitted a couple weeks later and the experience was the exact opposite - it took forever for them to get fitted, store was a mess, and they were left waiting in the changing room areas while waiting for their sales associate to come back. Overall the tuxs were correct and everyone look great on the wedding day. There was just some anxiety/lack of confidence in if the right tuxs would get here prior to the wedding.

Attitude is everything and this location has the WORST/Bad attitude. The store manager is BAD at customer service. He dose not care about you in any sense of the way. They have a few employees that are okay but he as a leader is BAD. I am taking my business to another company or another location. I like their clothes but he is BAD. They don't even deserve a ONE star.. Go to another company or location... Good LUCK to all

Went to get a suit hemmed. This Asian gentlemen assisted me, but he already seemed annoyed and entitled. After putting on my suit for adjustments he began to become confrontational and told me he wouldn't take it unless it was dry cleaned first which would have been fine if he had told me before I put it on.Luckily another employee was able to help me. When I went to pick up the suit, he barely said a word and refused to make eye contact. The customer service here really needs to improve.

The 5 stars is for Justin and the service he provided! When we walked in, we were searching for associates to guide us to the pants section and two workers looked our way and then looked away. No "Hi", "Welcome to the store", "How can I help you" type of greeting, just a stare and look away. Justin walked all the way across the room, introduced himself and asked if we needed help. We were there to get my brother fitted for his 1st prom and Justin's expertise was top notch! He eye balled the pant size and recommended styles that cater to my bro's body type. He offered the stores tailoring service without us even asking. Justin put the fold up shirt on a hanger and inside a protector bag, he went above and beyond. We appreciated his service and will recommend anyone to Justin at the murray store.

Personally, my experience was different each time I went in, and it depended on the person I dealt with that day. Some of them seemed to want to help, others acted a little put out that they had to do their job. But overall, it wasn't bad and the tux looked great.

Worst service I’ve had.Was needing a few new pairs of shoes for a new suit I picked up. Apparently, the 3 other customers take priority. Each customer has their own employee. At least one other employee standing around. Asked for help twice. Blown off once. Finally 20minutes in there I was able to get someone to grab me the pair I needed from the back to try on…. Opened box and they weren’t the same shoe I asked to see. Not even close.I left… never coming back. Tired of the service and quality continuing to fail. At best rent a suit here. DO NOT BUY. Spend money at a real store.

Had several men get fitted for pants for a wedding. They couldn't find the pants when we went in to pick them up, and didn't seem interested in finding them or worried that they had misplaced the pants. After 30 minutes they found 1 pair, but not the others. Each person seemed extremely uninterested in helping (probably because it wasn't a chance for them to get another sale), and they would just wander off and help other customers instead of figuring out why the pants were nowhere to be found. Extremely disappointing, and they don't have to worry about us or any of the people in the party bothering them with sales ever again...

I wish I had thought to get the name of the salesperson that helped me, but he was so wonderful and unnecessarily accommodating to my circumstances. I had simply purchased the wrong size shirt. I had foolishly taken the tags off and thrown them away (my wife is pissed when I do this yet I somehow seem to never learn. I can’t blame her. She’s an honest women who has a deeply-ingrained sense of integrity that she’s cultivated over the years and I know better than to cross her… but here we are.) and yet the gentleman whose name I wish I had retained was ever so kind to reward my moronity with an exchange and a kind “thank you, sir.” The man is a superb representative for your operation, and I’d say that even if he’d told me essentially to go sit in a hat, but with an H added in for good measure.

Justin was amazing and,his service was outstanding and his knowledge of men suits was absolutely amazing. I definitely will recommend men's warehouse to people,as long as you have employees, just like Justin. Again Justin was nothing but the best and outstanding in his knowledge and service. Justin deserve a raise for his friendly service and,a raise for his knowledge in men's suits. This employee Justin, went out of his way to find me, the best suit I ever had, because of him

We went here to get fitted for our wedding, on the 21st of august the guy who helped us was nice but the manager who was at the front seat was anything but, he was on his cell phone the hole time and you had another working also on his phone eating an Apple, we were unaware we had to pay the day of fitting so we stated we had to go get our card the manager up front made it out to be a big deal and made us fill uncomfortable to the point where we decided to actually go to a different place all together. We’re paying more now but it’s worth it as we don’t need negativity around us. I suggest you fix this problem before you lose money due to that man who was at the front desk and the bigger gentlemen who was just sitting there on his phone eating, I had said hi to him 3 times and he ignored us the hole time we were in the store. Rude customer service.

I'm a skinnier guy and needed some dress pants for a new job I'm starting soon. I went to the Sugar House Men's Wearhouse location first and was helped by a young man who was friendly, kind, helpful, etc. We found an extra slim pair of suit pants that fit great but unfortunately they only had one pair left and I needed at least 1 or 2 more pairs. I left that young man a great google review. I then went online and saw that the Fashion Place location had some in stock so I placed an online order for instore pick up. I did this rather than shipping to my house for two reasons. 1) to avoid shipping costs to my house and 2) so that I could try on one specific brand, specific fit, and specific size of "extra slim" dress shirt.It was my day off, so I was in gym shorts and a white t-shirt so you could see tattoos on my arms. Right away, I felt like they looked at me strange (my girlfriend who accompanied me also confirmed this once we left the store). Lots of staring as if we were going to steal something despite the fact I had already paid for pants I was there to pick up.Right away I let them know I was there to pick up an online order, but that I also wanted to try on a specific dress shirt, fit, and size that I saw online, regardless of the color, so that I knew if it fit I could order them online in the future. Being skinny, "slim fits" often aren't slim enough, hence me wanting to try on the specific "extra slim" dress shirt.I told them I felt bad unfolding a dress shirt, and they surely didn't want me to either. In fact, rather than allowing me to try on the dress shirt in the specific brand, fit, and size 15/32-33, the man working there got some other unrelated brand button-down with a "small" or "medium" size (not an actual 15/32-33 nor an actual "extra slim fit" like the one I wanted to try on) and said "this would fit the same." Maybe he was 100% right, maybe he was 100% wrong, but that isn't the point.These men definitely weren't rude or mean, but they were definitely judgmental and definitely were not as helpful as they could have been. It was clear they cared more about having to refold a dress shirt than helping someone or making a sale. In fact, I felt more trusted at my previous employer overseeing over $300 million in investments that I did in this store with $30-40 dress shirts.The older men at this store could use some customer service lessons and even life lessons (don't judge a book, or a person, by the cover) from the young man at the Sugar House store. I will never return to this location and will gladly pay extra shipping costs to avoid it in the future.

Wedding rental review** I used men’s warehouse for my suite & groomsman suites last week for my wedding & I'm here to share my experience with this specific location. One of my groomsman went here to get fitted as it was the closest location to him… as he got fitted they didn’t put him in the “Extra slim” pants, so when I went and got mine I saw this and changed it for him & ordered the correct pair. At the pickup day he went in to get his suite and it wasn’t there… AT ALL, in fact the only thing that was there was the new & correct pair of pants that I had ordered him. They told my friend they will order another suite and hope it’s here by Saturday for the wedding. Jeep in mind this was on the Thursday before that Saturday… overall I got another suite from the store up north near me for him. This store & its managers are very poor & highly inconsiderate of what their work impacts. I love men’s warehouse, but THIS location isn’t it. Poor customer service, no love, and not afraid to seem disrespectful even to your face. Please consider my review & avoid this location at all costs.
