Went by first time store was closed called left a message got a return call because I was on caller i.d. not my message. Then we go in purchase a few things and no free gift with purchase but they were there... I would say go elsewhere unless you have to sad what customer service has turned into

Drove 30 minutes to get to those store and when I arrived, the doors were locked with a sticky note that said "be back at 2pm" and it was 1:50pm so I sat in my car and waited until 2:20pm and the doors were still locked with no one inside. Not shopping here anymore.

So I am writing this so the owner can be aware. I came from Ogden to go in the studio and have hands on information for myself. It was closed during business hours to see why. The lady did call back and had a flat tire. Ok I get that. Things happen. We turn around and go back. I go into the store and she seemed like she didn’t want to help me much. Foundation is what I was there for. She never did suggest a different color or type to try. It was like I was intruding on her day since she was in the process of putting her own makeup on. There were a few other things I wanted but forgot about when speaking with her. For all the trouble, she did give me a sample pack. She was talking and at the same time had opened the samples and took one of the pieces out. Like that was a favor to me. I tried to call back later and order things. And no answer and did get a text she had a family emergency. I decided I am better off just ordering online like I usually have been. Totally not a pleasant experience at all. CA will ship fast. It doesn’t feel like I was valued as a customer and I have spent a lot online this past year with Merle Norman. I have used the products since I was 15 and am in my late 60’s now.

If I could give it less, I would. First the store wasn't open at 10... irritating, but things happen. I drove a hour to get here and wanted to buy in store before ordering online to get the right shades and foundation choice. I specifically said medium to full coverage and I'm white... like no tan white. I stressed I do not want to be orange! After a $110 for a foundation, primer, and blush... and a hour drive home, I was excited to put it all together the next morning. My foundation is orange. Donald Trump orange. And not only that, but when I looked up that foundation onlIne to see if there were lighter shade options, it's a light to medium coverage! What the hell, not the medium to full coverage I needed. Customer service is non-existent at this place. And for the prices you pay, I expect to walk out of there with everything addressed and what I came in for. I would have had better luck blindly ordering online.

This is my favorite Merle Norman location ever! Lesley is always so kind and prompt to help me get what I need. She knows what I'll love before I know it even exists! Even when I'm out of state-they ship me my cosmetics immediately! Big fan!!!

The manager is dishonest, not serving her customers honestly. No one is ever in the store I can see why, she was dishonest with me. I will buy any products on line or drive further to be served.
