From calling to make an appointment to driving out the door with a fresh oil change in 30 minutes!!I’ve never been a fan of taking my car to dealerships for service.. But, Mike Hale is different. Always professional, always straightforward and knowledgeable. But at least equally important to me, service is friendly and polite.. Thank you to all of you Mike Hale.. your team makes it a good experience every time..And Craig, thanks for getting me in, and out so quickly today… thanks again!

Been an Acura owner for almost 15 yrs. This was my 3rd car bought from Mike Hale Acura. I have had an RDX and 2 MDXs. Report states they have extended the warranty on the white paint to 8 years unlimited warranty on their MDX 2016 due to faulty paint and it peeling on their roof all over the internet & in consumer reports! I was assured they would take care of me by their rep (Ryan)when I called in, because to our horror over night a football size portion came off of my roof in front of the sunroof! Then I got a message the following week, the rep said he hesitated to call me back because he knew I wasnt going to like what he had to tell me and proceeded to tell me that Acura would not approve me because according to my vin my car was not effected and they would good will a portion of the coverage but I had to pay the rest. Really? It wasnt!? I have seen hundreds of pictures over the internet and the faulty white paint is peelng in the exact same place on every single one of the Acura vehicles! Is this the quality we can expect from Acura that paint starts to peel 45k mi.So update...Nothing short of nightmare over the past 12 m. . Acura has taken my car in for repeated repairs/recal & each time it comes back worse than before. After the paint, engine & transmission replacement, it was handed back to me with serious problems. Not only was the car still losing power,it was hesitating to start. Before I realized what was going on I was exposed to gas fumes which unknown to us, gas was not just leaking but pouring out of our engine because they failed to ensure the injector and seals were properly placed back into the engine securily. They refused after I told them to come tow it & insisted I drive it an hour away to them & pay for the fixes stating my mileage just passed its warranty. We had to fight like mad to get them to realize the severity of the situation by bringing a mechanic out to confirm what was going on & we video it pouring out of the engine before he even had to look closely at the car. I had gotten so sick after driving it home & getting stuck in a storm for an hour. I had to call my doc and the ER. They finally towed it, supposedly fixed that only to hand it back to me & less than 1600 miles later after popping the hood for the first time finding that there were very large pieces to my engines exhaust system enclosure missing, there was pieces unbolted and flapping & the engine looks so filthy & nothing like how pristine it looked inside before that. Then because after a few weeks of calls & emails we heard nothing back we took it into a mechanic who confirmed there were missing pieces & the filter was toast, the boots they promised in the last service were not all repaired & one appeared to have a puncture or slit in it and had been spewing oil all over the axel and the boot. They have literally had my car for months on end numerous times over this past year & still cant get them to give me a reasonable solution where we are made whole. I have talked to corporate who keeps ping ponging me back to Mike Hale who seems to have no care or concern how this has disrupted our lives. We have missed critical doc appts. We both have ailing parents, I have no opera. car. We paid nearly 50k for a luxury vehicle & got what appears to be a lemon & they have held me hostage for over a yr from correcting the init problem by stalling the fixs & they refuse to acknowledge that my cars worth when this started was 15k more than it is now, I want to sell and cant. They seem to think its fair they can display this kind of negligence and wreckless reguard to families safety & still feel entitled we trust them that we can feel safe in this car. The video footage & pictures are enough to turn anyones stomach! Congratulations Mike Hale Acura, you manage to turn a loyal customer who trusted you with their hard earned money and safety into someone who will never ever buy another Acura. There is a moral compass that seems to be missing here. The

Not a good dealership to purchase the car.I have an agreement with the sales team manager on the price and move forward to the final financing detail. They sold the car to the other customer at a higher price. Business is business, but you can see the dealership has no integrity to speak of. Please be careful.

As a first time customer at Mike Hale, I had a pleasant experience with the service department, I was helped by 3 people. I only remembered Ricks name but everyone else was hassle-free to work with. Came in to get my A/C fixed and got it done within a short amount of time and picked it up the same day. After getting it fixed they even washed my car and made it look spotless! I appreciate all the help they have provided, definitely looking forward to coming back in the future.

Mark Eggington in Sales and Keith Cochrane in Finance are both STELLAR people! They helped get me an amazing 24 Acura Integra! They patiently waded through the waters of decision making and financial decisions and I was very comfy through the entire process! Mike Hale is an outstanding dealership with no BS, no forced add-ons, no mark-ups and just straight up great service and care! Thank you!

Great dealership. They dont gouge you with "added fees" pick the car and buy. The service is also great. They listen to the issue and communicate it to the tech. Rick was a very good service advisor

I recently moved to the area, when my windows stopped rolling down and a leak in the sunroof appeared. Since I own an Acura, I wanted bring it to an Acura specialist. However, after a lot of time, money, frustrations w/ failed attempts to make accurate repairs and poor experiences with previous service advisors, I luckily was put into contact with Rick in service. Rick was extremely professional and assured me that they would make things right and that I would be taken care of. Garner Nicolson (Head of Service) then reached out to me regarding the negative experiences I had been having. Garner, along with Rick are truly Godsends and the saving grace of this dealership. Both Garner and Rick are the most professional mechanics I have ever dealt with and truly understand what Customer Service means. Garner also went above and beyond and personally assured me that my vehicle issues were addressed, while making sure the necessary accommodations were made for me prior to my vehicle returning for further inspections and repairs. Moreover, he made sure that the financial arrangements were made right. Garner made good on his word and I could not have asked for a more perfect experience between him and Rick. I greatly appreciate their expertise, quality of service and professionalism. I sincerely hope that the owner of Mike Hale Acura reads this review and generously compensates them for their Overall Excellence, as their service keeps him in business. Thank you again!

Service department was terrible. Took our car in for a diagnostic, spoke with the mechanic when I dropped it off. Made it very clear that I'm not interested in paying hundreds of dollars for them to go on a wild goose chase to maybe find the problem. Service manager called me to ask me to authorize 500 dollars for them to look further into the engine. In trying to explain his reasons, it was clear he did not have a great depth of knowledge about cars and couldn't give a good reason on why this made sense to do. When we went to pick up the vehicle, he told me the mechanic had gone for the day and left my car taken apart so I would have to come pick it up the next day. Absolutely no respect for other people's time or money

Parts department are amazing people, dont have experience with sales, but service people are going to try to scam you. I understand the upsale but taking my car there for a simple radar calibration costed almost $500 in labor while i took the other one down to LHM Honda and they only charged 160 for the hour that it took to be done, its the same job on a different car, same part procedure. Not appreciated.

My experience with Mike Hale Acura exceeded my expectations on several levels. I purchased a Lexus IS250 from them today and it was a great experience. Mike the sales associate that helped me was fantastic. He is new to the car game but was a very down to earth, friendly, helpful employee. Not what you think of when you picture a stereotypical car salesman whatsoever. He is someone the average person can relate to and communicate with easily.Even though they are an Acura dealer they never tried to persuade me from the Lexus and treated me like a million dollar customer. I had my own financing and there was no pressure to use them for that either. There were sever minor fixes we agreed upon in the purchase agreement and they had both fixed by the next day. I expected a week or so and they had it done in a day. Fan-freaking-tastic. They even detailed it again for me to pick up.My experience was nothing but positive and would not hesitate to use them or send someone to them in the future. Well done Gents.

Went in for 2 recalls and to grab some trim peices that were falling off. I told them that my center console lights stopped working (due to the recall) my tail lights didn't work (recall) and i needed to replace the rear door trim. All in all they sold me the wrong trim, told me the console lights were controlled by the door light switch (wrong) and said to look on YouTube to install the trim. There isn't any videos online about it and took 3 hours over the estimated time. Won't go here again.

the worse customer service ever!!I ordered some new part from their online page but when I received the parts the were bent and scratch they look like they were used parts. I decided to send it back which meant paying 22$ for the shipping plus 25% restocking fee which I think is not fear because it was not my fault that the part were not in good condition.but the worst part of all this is that it's been more than 20 days since the received the parts and still haven't get my Refund.every time I call they said they going to process my refund but nothing happens.don't buy nothing online from this people.

I test drove an RDX a few weeks ago. Ended up loving it and purchased it. Problem was I drove it in the evening. The next morning I noticed a large crack in the window. It was a certified pre-owned so I figured I was safe. My fault buying it "as-is", they verified it was cracked before I drove it and the manager refused to do anything. You would think with being a new costumer and buying an expensive car a big dealer like that would treat customers right and replace the window. No sweat off their back. Boy I was wrong, they told me there was nothing they would do about it. Definitely wouldn't recommend going to this dealer to purchase a car. Most companies from large to small would not sell a certified vehicle with a known safety hazard. Im blown away they wouldn't do a thing make sure their new customer was happy or try to make it right. Mike Hale is garbage.

I went in to pre-order a 2023 Acura Integra and paid the down payment to get the car ordered but until it arrived I still needed a vehicle. The only car on the lot they had for sale was a 2020 white Honda Civic Si with about 21,000 miles on it and only 1 previous owner. I test drove the Honda and absolutely loved it! It was the exact same setup as the Acura I was going to be getting, a 6-speed manual transmission and a 1.5 L Turbo Charged Motor. The biggest issues I really had with Hassim and the other guy that was working on trying to sell me this car was they didn't know their facts like a true car salesman should. I was told in no uncertain terms that they Honda Civic Si I was going to be buying until my Acura was delivered had a 2.0 L Turbo Charged Engine. Now those who know Engines even a little bit should know that the difference between a 1.5 L Turbo Engine and a 2.0 L Turbo Engine is pretty massive especially when you add in the fact that the Honda Civic Si weighed less then my Acura was going to weigh. I was getting a door Acura Integra and the Honda Civic Si was only a 2 door sports coupe so the horsepower and torque on the Honda compared to the Acura Integra would have been drastically different. Not to mention all the other small details that change for a car when the size of the engine is wrong and you don't find out until almost 2 weeks after you have been driving it that you were told something about the car that makes a huge difference. I didn't even get a Owners Manual in my Honda Civic and when I showed up to try and get them to give me one like any car you purchase should come with, they told me it should have been in the glove box. Well duh! It should have but it wasn't our I wouldn't have wasted the trip down there to try and get one. This car had Si many features on it there is no way I would ever be able to learn how to use them all without an owners manual. Then Hassim tells me, "Well we are an Acura Dealership, not a Honda dealership Si maybe that's why it didn't come with one." That was unreal for me to accused me actually hear come out of his mouth. Finally I left with no owners manual for the car. I eventually found a pdf copy of the owners manual online for my car but it was over something like 680 pages long. Imagine printing that out, all the ink and paper it would take. Also imagine, now anything I want to learn to use in my car I need to look their the pdf version of the manual on my phone which is real nice and so easy on the eyes with the tiny font a and the countless pages to look through. I also have a pdf copy on the owners manual saved on my laptop but who wants to bring it the laptop every time I need to learn a new function or what a new button does in the car. It's got so many awesome features but it has so many its rediculously difficult to learn them especially when you need to learn them by reading through countless pages on your phone or laptop. Such a small statement about the engine size and the lack of willingness to find me the actual Honda Civic Si owners manual which both could have been taken care of if car dealerships were even slightly dependable and even remotely close to honest, straight up people. But they aren't. It's too bad really

I bought my RDX here and I love the car. However, I am absolutely finished with their service department. In theory I paid for oil changes for a few years when I bought the car. However, I’ve brought it up three times now and every time, I’ve had the same experience. I make an appointment, drive all the way from Utah Valley, then sit in the waiting room for half a day because they either over-schedule or they take in too many walk-ins and it blows up their schedule. The schedulers promise it will be less than 45 minutes, the techs and service managers blame everything on the schedulers— no one takes responsibility at all for their awful service. From now on, I will just stay local and pay (again) for the oil change— who can afford to lose a whole day for something so routine? (Photo is the poster hanging on the wall in the waiting room- the one I’ve been staring at for two hours now ?)
