I love the doctor Andrew Pettit, he handles with great care. I would recommend him to anyone. Only thing is, they need to improve customer service up front, such as desk work and paperwork. Which I believe comes from the nurse. It takes weeks to get paperwork done. They will tell me they sent information or orders over to the facility. I will get there and they will have nothing. I go to more than one doctor’s offices and this office slacks on paperwork or things needed signatures, faxed, etc. I have to call them to remind them that my paperwork needs filling out. Every single time. This is the only facility where I feel like I have to call constantly and be on top of them. Because if I don’t, I’ve gone two weeks and they never even started my paperwork until I called them to remind them that I didn’t receive anything. When o mention to the doc, he says I sign it and the nurses have to finalize everything so it’s on them and sometimes you have to call because they aren’t always on it. Which can be very frustrating, when you have to turn paperwork in a timely manner but I have to wait on the office to provide it.

Friendly and patient staff, and Andrew Pettit is a very good provider. I truly believe he cares about every patient, and making sure that he helps them to the best of his ability.

I don’t often write reviews, but I had such a positive experience this past week with Millcreek Primary Care and I wanted to share. I had a complicated and urgent situation come up recently. The practice manager, Jeana, went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. I was initially feeling hopeless and unsure how to proceed, but she made some calls and helped set me up on the next steps I need to take to fix this situation, and I feel so much more peace of mind.
Also, Dr. Watts is a great doctor- I’ve been seeing him for almost 6 years and he is always friendly and professional and takes any health concerns I bring up seriously.
I have nothing but good things to say about Millcreek Primary Care! I feel that everyone I’ve interacted with there truly cares about the wellness of their patients and I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over ten years. They’ve been at three different locations and I’ve had no less than four different providers who no longer work there. They also do not currently have any female providers and have not for some time.
Wait times have ballooned out of control in the last year, including for PCPs, vaccines, and lab work. This never used to be an issue but has been consistent for the past several visits.
The staff are all lovely though.
Old review: I've been seeing Lisa Western for over a year now. She is without a doubt the best Primary Care provider I have EVER had. She is very compassionate and understanding, she knows her stuff, and she is thorough -- no cutting corners here!

Andrew and staff Very unprofessional first visit felt very off they lack the onsite testing and faster results other practices can easily provide . Waited 45 min to be seen for an allergic reaction I had set up an appointment for being told they could definitely help me other than going to insta care or er . So after leaving the appointment I still had to seek care elsewhere because of there lack of knowledge and care for there patients . avoid them and just go elsewhere they will waste your time and money .

I've been coming here for years and have always received excellent updated care based on current data. Inclusive, professional, and friendly staff always make my family feel welcome. They finally have a phlebotomist back in house too so that's a cherry on top!

I don’t normally post negative reviews, but after being a patient of this clinic for 5-10 years, I feel that it is time to look for a new provider after having received subpar health care the last few times I’ve been. I recently made an appointment to see Dr Watts and was notified a couple hours prior to my appointment that they had to cancel it due to a nearby accident by their facility. I get it. Life happens. I offered to reschedule for the following week, but asked if they would be willing to work with me around my work schedule, since I already used PTO in order to accommodate my initial visit. The receptionist told me that they wouldn’t and said that if I’m so concerned that I should go to an urgent care if her time slots didn’t work. This practice was really gone downhill. You used to be able to have your lab work done on site when having your annual wellness visit. Now, in my personal experience, they discourage you to get blood work done, and if you insist, you have to spend the next 1-2 hours at a third party lab, just because they removed a phlebotomist from payroll. It wasn’t like this 5-10 years ago, but whether it’s new management, new providers, or just them trying to cut employees to maximize their profits, it just seems like a bad way to render patient care.

This place has gone down, I was a patient of Dr. Sean who left and opened up his own practice. I inherited Dr. Watts, my experience since Dr. Sean has left:
The doctors are extremely difficult to get in communication with, it's hard to get an appointment with the doctor. They're always booked 3 to 4 weeks out because so many of the physicians have left - the doctors are overbooked-
My experience with Dr. Watts is he's very argumentative in my appointments. My apts feel very rushed, he will decline medication with no apparent reason. Just his ultimate recommendation. He never leaves the decision up to me as the paying patient - also, the doctor seems inexperienced. Not very comfortable with diversity. Uses a lot of sarcasm randomly -and not very detailed in his explanations he was inaccurate several times in my appointments and I had to correct him and I'm not a licensed physician - overall seeing Dr. Sean has left I will not be back to this facility unfortunately.
There is a lack of passion in serving his patients.

I've never met with a healthcare "professional" (Andrew Pettit, DNP) that refused to answer a question about a separate healthcare issue. He stated that I would need to book another appointment to get my other question answered because it didn't pertain to what my original appointment was about.

Although they don’t close till five they stop answering phone calls at four. I’m actively looking for a new primary physician and I suggest you do the same

Terrible service. Voicemail states to leave a message for medical assistant and message will be returned same day. I called at 830 this morning and no call back, phones go to night service 30 minutes before close and the after hours provider is no help and advised to call back in the morning.
