Bud and Celeste Bruening were great to work with. Bud was honest and direct. He encouraged us to wait and not lock in our loan right away. I’m so glad we followed his direction. Not only were we able to eliminate our PMI we were able to get an incredibly low rate. We have only refinanced once and didn’t really know what we were doing.
