I have taken my car in 3 times to get a battery issue fixed and the service department is so incompetent that they can not fix it. Instead of fixing the issue they give the car back knowing that there is still an issue and bring out a sales rep to sell a new car. I will never return to this dealership due to the fact that the service is so poor. I feel like I have been lied to, solen from and scammed. Do not go to this dealership!

The service is crap. I waited on a part for months and I had to reorder it 4 times because they kept giving it away. When it was finally here it turns out it was the wrong part. Isn't that great service right there? I love being left without a car for five days. All due to the genius who took a look at my car. This place is full of brainiacs. Screw this place.

I purchased a car from Murdock. 7 WEEKS later, the car is In the shop for a 10K fix! I returned to talk to the manager about this bait and switch experience. What I received; THE WORST SERVICE I've ever experienced! NEXT, I return for the scheduled services. I'm told EACH TIME that the free rotation of tires and alignment that was promised to me, at the time of purchase, isn't going to be honored. During the purchase, I requested several times, printed documentation regarding their promises. The Finance Manager reassured me that those details would show up on my account each time I came in for service. Well, Isn't that ironic; every time I come in for service we are back at square one with me being told that those promises would have never been made to me! And, POOF, I'm being handed an invoice for payment! I WILL NEVER buy from this company ever again! You may want to reconsider purchasing from this company, too. Horrific experience!

I really love my new car! I felt like they had a really great feeling at their dealership and we’re not pushy. Not only was Ricky helpful but everyone else was that has to help. That being said, I felt like I really had to advocate for myself once I bought the car to get a piece replaced and make sure everything is perfect. But overall a great experience!

We had a car in mind that we really liked before we went in and Tyler approached us as soon as we walked in. We told him what we liked, our budget and how much we are willing to pay monthly when financing the car and he made all happen for us and even get to tell us details about the car and his personal opinion so it just reassured us on buying our car. He was prompt with the process and assured and helped us throughout the process. We went in not being sure if we’ll be able to take a car home with us but he made it possible. If you need someone who is willing to help you an extra mile and who knows what he’s doing (he’s also a mechanic), ask for Tyler. We also like to thanks the finance guy for his help! We are loving our new car.

I highly recommend these guys! I was initially greeted by Eric my salesman, and he walked me right into the exact vehicle I was looking for! I was worried about financing because I’m rebuilding my credit, they reassured me they could help. With a couple of test drives, Eric, Luis, and the finance God helped me walk out with my new 2023 Tucson! They were super friendly, not pushy, and most importantly did what they said they could do, which was get me a brand new car! Kudos to Eric excellent salesman!

This is how buying a car should be! I will go back here again! I purchased a Tucson Hybrid from Murdock and it is a great car!It took a while for the car to arrive because it was on order and in high demand. I received consistent updates on the order and always knew where I was on the list. The customer service experience was top notch for sure.I know their location has been under construction, but it is worth working around the construction and checking them out. You will not regret it!

My car needed a new turbo, which is a $5k repair. I dropped it off here and they had it three weeks, and were in no hurry to get it fixed. I called and they kept promising, and then only when I threatened to take my car back did they put me on the schedule. I spent hundreds in rental car fees I shouldn't have had to. When I got upset they were really rude about it too. And their messaging varied, such as how long it was going to take to fix it, stuff like that. I had it fixed elsewhere and it runs great.

We visit other dealership before this and had a hard time finding a car that we liked or that could fit in our budget. However, this dealership was able to get us the exact car that we wanted, within our budget and was able to get a deal for us. For a first time buyer, I find our experience here way easier than we expected and we got to drive home with our car a few hours later. This is all thanks to Tyler Norton who just started working there, we were comfortable having him show us around and showing us everything about our car and working out a price that was good for us. If you need someone to help you out, ask for Tyler. Thank you so much!

Brad Larsen was our sales man and he was amazingly helpful. I m sure I was not the easiest customer, but he was working with me very politely and trying very best to get what I wanted for every little details. I m so very thankful!Plus every one here (Mike, Luis, and Kennedy)are very sweet too. :)

I received some coupons in my email for a few "free" services from Murdock. I usually take my car somewhere else for service, but thought what the heck I'll have my car checked out.What's the worst that could happen....I only used Three coupons 1. Battery Check 2. Brake Check and 3. A Multi Point Inspection.When I pulled in for my scheduled appointment there were 10 cars in front of me lined up bumper to bumper. My first thought was how are they going to perform service on all these cars in a few hours? (When I picked up my car late in the afternoon there were about the same number of cars lined up bumper to bumper and there were cars pulling in when I drove out to go home.) I just shooked my head.I'm getting ahead of myself. A young man finally came out of the makeshift service office and greeted me. I told him I was here for my scheduled appointment. Fine he said we'll get you taken care of. "Oh by the way, can you check my oil and if it's low can you top it off?" "NO" was his answer. I said "You can't check the oil and top it off?" I said. "No, we don't do that here, you will have to get an oil change, we don't top off oil" he said. I said "How much is that? He said "$88.00." I said "$88.00 for an oil change/top off, absolutely not.I asked for a complimentary Uber ride as I didn't want to wait in the small trailer for a couple of hours. The Uber came within 5 minutes. While I was waiting for Uber, I decided to check in on Yelp. Lo and behold a coupon popped up for an oil change for only $24.95. What! Heck yes I'll have my oil changed after all. However no one, and I mean no one knew what the Yelp coupon was let alone what Yelp was. No one in the service department had ever heard of Yelp and have never seen this coupon.I said "The coupon didn't come from Yelp it came from Murdock." A lot of running around trying to find someone who knew about this oil change offer. They couldn't find anyone that knew about the offer, however they honored it anyway. After a few hours they text me say my car was done and did I need an Uber back to the dealership. I said "Yes" and gave them the address to pick me up. After around 35 minutes and no Uber I text again and they said "I couldn't find a car" I'll try again.This time a car picked me up within 3 minutes. There was so much going on in the little service trailer, I didn't realize until I got home that they actually charged me $33.00 for the oil change not the $24.95 as stated on the coupon. I'm not so sure all the services were performed on my car, as there wasn't any documentation on the final paperwork except for the battery check, and the oil change which they charged me more than the coupon.*I won't go into detail (or the name) of the guy that checked me in and out, other than to say he needs training for customer service... very condescending.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2022 Tucson this Friday! Brad Larsen was an amazing salesman to work with! He was so friendly, personable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process! 10/10 recommend asking for him by name! He really made the experience easy and fulfilling compared to all my other times buying a car, I never once felt like he was just trying to make a quick sale. I felt cared about and valued, so I’m writing this review to express my gratitude! Thank you Brad!

Just spent 4 1/2 hours purchasing a used car. Not the ideal way to spend an evening. Buying a car is a broken process. With that said, Henry was great. We had some awesome conversations with not just our sales guy, but many of the other people working in the office, while we waited....and waited. I went back and forth on going between 4 and 5 stars. I landed on 5 because Preston recognized how long we'd been waiting patiently with everyone and did something for us. Another nice thing that they did that other dealerships never did, they filled up the car with gas, like full. On a side note, I really wish all dealers would lay off the car "freshners". My wife has bad reactions to many of the cleaners used. This place was no different. The vehicle is still airing out with baking soda and an odor absorber. The drive home was a little rough for her, so much we switched halfway home.

First, we were told day 1 when we gave them a deposit of $500 we could have it back if we don't find anything. I even made them clarify it again. After not having any luck finding a car in the price range we budgeted for I asked for the deposit back and they refused to give it to me. The document we signed even had it crossed out that they were waiving the no deposit return policy. Second, when we did decide on a car it was filthy so they detailed it, but it wasn't until after we purchased the car that we noticed some paint rubbed off (Our fault... We should have inspected it before making the purchase). Speaking of the detail, it wasn't cleaned very well. There was still garbage left in the middle console from the previous owner. Next, we weren't given a second key at time of purchase. Last, but not least, the car didn't have mats. We were assured (before driving off the lot and by two salesman) that they would give us mats when we came to pick up the second key. The next day we were told we wouldn't get mats because it was a used car. I understand the deposit being non refundable and I understand it being a used car so it might not have mats, but throughout the process we were told we would get these things.

We were looking for vehicle suitable for our family. I view an SUV in inventory that both my husband and I like. I made appointment same day. We were greet by Jorge in parking lot ready for us to test drive the vehicle. Jorge was kind, friendly, smiling, patient and ready to help. We are meet other sales associates Luis and Jimmy, both were wonderful with our kids. Preston, the manager was great and have options for us in packages for vehicle. My husband and I always look at customer service and this location exceed our expectations. Jorge was knowledge about vehicle and loan options for our family. If you’re looking for your next vehicle please go to Murdock in Murray because they’ll treat you like part of family. Thank you for being so awesome with our kids especially our toddler that run all over the place.
