I had an issue with my vape I purchased. I was so happy to try this vape and it let me down. Not every product is perfect and it is rare something happens where it is not correct. These guys handled my problem extremely professionally and so darn kind. The coolest guys. Suggest a GREAT APPLE FLAVOR and it is already a better replacement. Needless to say from my experience I will always continue to do business with these guys. So happy to have them close to my neighborhood. Hands down the BEST and Competitive prices! I appreciate you guys! More business to come!

They don't open when they're supposed to. I've been waiting outside for 15 minutes and tried going in and 10 minutes after they open and nobody is there. This happened just now, may 30th 2024

Very great customer service. Whoever the women were that worked 5/23 in the morning are fabulous, star employees. I'm a bad review leaver but I had to break my streak so that I could leave a good review for them. They helped me with replacing a faulty vape without acting like I personally offended them. I love that.

This is my go to spot, everyone on the staff is very friendly, helpful and PATIENT! That's important when you're somewhat indecisive like me. Prices are great as good or better than anywhere you can go.
