Don't expect your parts delivered unless you call the store to get stuff moving. All the other stores I've used are great. Same day delivery every time. This store has serious issues with incompetent employees.

Failure in service. Online hours and posted hours on the door say 7:00pm. Showed up at 6:20pm and doors were locked. The person at the counter saw me and just shook his head. No explanation on why they closed early. They also refused to answer the phone.

Great location, my son went in with his dad today to pick something up and the workers are just good people. They know their stuff but also just good down to earth people. They told my son to come here and gave him a Napa racing hat. He came out of the store with a great big smile. Thanks for making my 7 year old son feel like the luckiest boy ❤️❤️

This review is about Jim who works the counter at the Murray store on 4041 S State Street. Jim is the type of employee that makes people like me keep coming back to NAPA. I just finished a very long project on my street rod. Jim was the best at helping me with the hard to find parts, ideas and tools that would help me with my work. He was always up for the challenge and really dug in since the parts I needed couldn't be found by just putting in the year, make and model of my street rod. If I owned and operated a company Jim is the caliber of employee I would surely want to have on my staff. I hope this review finds Jim since his help was invaluable for my project! My name is Ron so I hope he knows who left this review.....I can't thank Jim enough!!!!

I ordered a truck bed toolbox to fit my '08 Colorado. It was perfect. Easily installed and fits perfectly. The chat with the live person on the web site was very helpful for selecting the right one.

If I could give a rating of less than a star I would such bad costumer service from the old man at the cashier, was very mean and not helpful at all. People have to understand that not everyone has an extend knowledge of mechanic and that’s why we come to this places to ask questions. Decided to leave because I didn’t want to put up with the trash attitude this guys was giving me.

I had an unpleasant experience with the mechanics in the back of the shop. When I visited the front desk to inquire about verifying a part in my car, I was met with resistance from the Asian employee. Despite explaining that I had already received a diagnostic report, he insisted on performing his own, even after I showed him the paperwork with the codes from AutoZone.
I strongly recommend against using this mechanic shop. The mechanics lack knowledge and professionalism. They attempted to pressure me into unnecessary services and lacked the ability to correctly diagnose the issue with my car.
Instead, I replaced the part myself based on the diagnostic from AutoZone. I obtained the correct part from O'Reilly's, and after the replacement, my engine light turned off. This demonstrates the incompetence and lack of expertise at this mechanic shop.
