I've spent a week dealing with AutoZone auto parts. Gigantic waste of time & money and sweat. I've been given the same wrong part over and over.Today Napa Auto sells me the correct part & not a Ford modified part. The Rep instantly pulls it up. Exact OEM. He saved me time as Ford dealership is one month behind scheduling car service plus he saved me $170.00 as that what it costs to install. Takes less than, LESS-THAN 10 minutes to replace this sensor. Probably less than 5 minutes. Thank all of you at Napa Auto Parts. Now about the store. Plenty of parking. Handicapped parking right at the door. Store is ultra clean outside and inside and very well stocked. What makes this place special are the employees and I mean that sincerely. It will be farther to drive but I will choose this NAPA Auto Parts from my Automotive business purchases.

Needed a part and was told it didn't exist. Even though I had the part in my hand. I have to remember that these men aren't mechanics. They are cashiers at a part store. That's on me.
