Everybody at the register hates their job and their life. None of them are cut out to be in customer facing roles or any roles for that manner. Angry bottom of the barrel people. Horrible customer experience. I’ll start going to the one around the corner from now on. Good riddance.

Martha was insanely rude and had a terrible attitude. I can see she has multiple bad reviews. There was no excuse for her attitude we did nothing to her. She went into the transaction hostile from the get go. Do better.

We had a bad experience with a front facing employee named Nick.
When we walked in, he was at the counter on the computer. We walked up to the counter, and he made no attempt to greet us or even look at us. I had to greet him myself to get him to engage. My father in law said we were here to pick up a new alternator, which Nick understood as meaning an online pickup order. My father law meant to say purchase a new alternator. It was an honest mistake, but Nick was visibly annoyed and tried to guilt him by correcting him in a very condescending tone. When he located the part we needed and we confirmed it was correct, he briskly told me not to place the new alternator back in its box, and that I should place my old alternator in there. Once again, he made no attempt to make me feel assuaged about making a mistake. Once the transaction was completed ($193), he walked away from the desk and, after several seconds, said “you’re all set” over his shoulder. He never once said thank you. He never smiled. He never even made eye contact with either of us. His whole demeanor was that of impatience, boredom, and a poor attitude. If this store wasn’t the only location selling my needed part, I would have left without making a purchase. Nick needs an attitude adjustment, and a reminder on how to speak to people, especially paying customers.

I think they have almost any think that you need except a good service. They have you waiting there. And they are not busy or attending other customers, maybe their assignment are more important than giving a good and fast service.

One of the employees on the phone was extremely hostile towards me. I hold a commercial account and spend thousands of dollars here a month. Pretty frustrating. They always have parts in stock at least

I had a pick up order and the email said to call the store to get my order and I told them I had a pick up Order and the guy said ok and so I just left without my pick up order this service is not ok I work in customer service and would not treat any of my customers like that

Walking dead employee's, absolutely oblivious. A walmart greeter could do a better job at finding parts and serving customers than these people.

Awful customer service they lied about what they can do..told me that can test alternators so I brought one back with an hour and they said they couldn’t test it. Wasted my time.

This place is the worst. Never enough cashiers for how busy they are. And the cashiers are clearly miserable. You can stand there for like 45 mins to eventually talk to someone who hates their job.

Tried to get a refund on a starter that i bought earlier and Juan both denied me the refund and was exceptionally rude, i know it was paid in cash but i even offered that if it was returned on a gift card like other stores have done for me before it would be fine, but i'm afraid i'm never coming back to this store in particular. I'd honestly give zero stars if it was possible due to other bad experiences i've had in here.
