During a road trip last night, I started to hear a grinding sound when I hit my brakes, and with it being the weekend I was nervous I wouldn’t find anyone who could fix my car. I was happy to find that not only was Pep Boys open on Sundays, but I could schedule an appointment online.
When I got to the shop, Steven was there to help me and was absolutely incredible!! He was on single coverage, and did a fantastic job of managing the front shop while working efficiently on my car. He was able to quickly confirm the problem, made sure he helped to find the right parts at the most affordable price, and even went above and beyond to rotate my tires when he saw the front two were wearing down. I’ll be honest, I’ve never considered Pep Boys for my auto needs before, but after the service and dedication provided by Steven today, I will most certainly be back!

Took well over two hours to get my vehicle into a bay, despite having an appointment and showing up on time. They told me there was only an alignment ahead of me, but it still took two hours.

Had made an appointment to which the mechanic wasnt there and went on lunch for over an hour before even looking at my brakes. The counter person had to run to autozone twice to get the right parts to take off my calibers which took over an hour. We go back to the shop 30 min before they close after not getting updates for 2 hours and they are barely putting my tires back on. And then the mechanic and counter guy are yelling at each other about not pulling my car out of the bay. Dropped my car off at 3:37 and didn't get it back until 7:20.

Blake was amazing! I went in to get brakes done and he fit me in even though they were already very busy. After doing a great job he brought down the original price for us and even replaced a headlight for free. Incredible service and very kind!

DO NOT GO HERE!!
They lied about what they charge for I was told complimentary service for a couple items which they charged $35 for. When I called to talk about the quote they sent me they were very short and didn't answer any questions. I signed up for a standard package and they told me I had to do the premium package even after I said I didn't want it, and they weren't adding the coupon online which I called about twice. They were $300 above the quote they gave me and then argued with each other at the front desk over whos fault it was. they resolved that but as I started driving my brakes were smoking and they had to take it back and make them take the plastic piece off of the part they just installed

My mom was visiting from out of town and got a flat when she was heading home. We showed up Saturday night on Memorial Day weekend at closing time for a flat repair. Tim could have easily told us they were closed but he got us patched up and back on the road in 20 minutes. Can’t thank him and pep boys enough. Honest, good people are still out there!

I made an appointment in advance for a standard oil change. It costed $120 and it took them over 2 hours to complete. I recommend going anywhere else if you are looking for work on your vehicle.
