I took my dog Tiggy to get groomed by Eva, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and took the time to explain the whole haircut procedure before starting. Tiggy looked adorable afterward — one of the best grooming jobs we’ve ever had! You can really tell she cares about the pets she works with. I highly recommend Eva if you want your furry friend in great hands!

We’ve had Cassidy and Tierza both give bath and haircut to my mister Mochi and both experiences have been awesome! they’re super good with my anxious little fella and he’s looked so handsome each time!

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Petsmart and my online order. The manager here was very kind and patient with me and helped me very well! Petsmart’s system online isn’t user friendly and doesn’t work well- yet this manager went above and beyond to help! Great leadership and customer service skills!

I have been taking my dog to see Stephen for grooming and Stephen is amazing! My dog gets very nervous with new people and new places. Stephen is not only a talented groomer but gentle and patient with my dog. He helps my dog feel safe and comfortable. I appreciate all that Stephen does and I highly recommend him to anyone. We have finally found our person!!

We buy worms from.here for our Axolotl. Used to buy dog food, but it's either empty or expired. Fresh food needs to be fresh. Recently, went for worms as petco is always dead worms. They had none and the cashier said oh we have them in the back make sure to ask we will get them. This was awesome news. Fast track to today. No worms so we ask the employee didn't even bother to look. We're out if fridge is empty. She appeared to be management as her uniform was not like the rest. Frustrating when your cashier is friendlier and more helpful.

Wish I could put 0 stars I was trying to buy my dream pet and it was 9:31 and they said they couldn’t do pet sales after 9:30 worst time ever never want to go back there was also a very rude worker who treated me and my mom very rudely

Never going to this location again, scheduled grooming for my cat that includes (haircut, nail trim, bath and brushing) groomer Destiney F. Changed it to (bath & shedding treatment) without confirming with me nor my husband when I picked up my cat he was all wet on belly and legs and had hair all over him with no haircut!! When I called they tried blaming on my husband that he changed the service! Manager Mallory had the audacity to tell me (well Im not the one who did grooming to your cat to know exactly what happened) without even trying to make it better and offer a solution instead she was trying to make me wrong. When I got very frustrated and told her that she’s the manager she should be dealing with my issue! She said she would hang up if I keep yelling without trying to calm me down! Honestly worst team ever the groomer has left early I didn’t even get to see her or talk to her when I asked the staff how was the grooming? They said we don’t know…. Very unprofessional.. they don’t care for cats at all.

*Grooming*
Today Steven groomed my dog Addie and did excellent! He was super friendly to my husband when he dropped her off and he did a perfect job! Addie is a bit nervous and in her older years. I feel confident Steven took great care of her!

I got a senior rescue with a plethora of problems about a year ago. I took my boy to ELLE W. On a whim because she eas avaliable that day. My dog had severe anxiety and I was nervous. He was nervous but Elle wasn't. She is the only person I trust with my boy. We recently moved to Vegas and my dog wouldn't let anyone touch him. So guess who made the drive to utah to get groom. That's how good Elle is. She recently learned to do the haircuts. And omg she really brought the life and corgi booty outta my boy. Not to mention she did independent research to work with my boys skin condition and gave me some tips as well. Anywhere Elle goes ill follow. Shes an amazing face for petsmart. They are so lucky to have her. And we're so grateful for her service and character.

I was there to buy fish. The fish tanks were very clean and the associates were helpful.
