Jody and Brady were very thorough on my pre purchase used car inspection. Explained what they saw, why it mattered, and ultimately provided a great diagnostic for the car that I was looking at. Would definitely bring any other cars I was considering back here due to this.

I was overwhelmed going to other places feeling like I was being overcharged and taken advantage of. So it was a big relief coming here. Jodi was so helpful and very informative. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the price and service.

I like to get my oil changed here- they are kind, competitively priced and I feel they are honest with me. I some brake work done recently and was impressed with their honesty, price, and professionalism.

Took my car in 09/27/23 for an oil and filter change. Everyone was very nice. Ben did an awesome job. The price was reasonable and the service was super fast!! Much appreciated! I will take my car there again for future service needs.

Gerald was very helpful, professional and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I've had bad experiences with other auto shops and I value the integrity most of all. I felt like I was given all of the information and given a good price. Will be back with all my family's vehicles.

TLDR: I have had 2 issues with this place. The first was that they double charged me.Second was they almost killed my car and refuse to own up to it or compensate unless I jump through hoops.Edit: I read reviews where tons of people said they had the exact same issue as me and the employees were gaslighting them saying they must have messed with the car when another place said the oil plug was not screwed in tight after visiting precision auto. So now I have no faith that I will ever be refunded and I have been ROBBED 70 bucks.Edit: Thanks for the cordial generic reply, but I did talk to multiple people at your company already by calling that number. With the double charge, I pointed it out, then they insisted that they did not and told me to go. Then I talked to someone else on the phone the next day, and they said I was definitely double charged so I had to drive all the way back to get un-double-charged.The double charge was for an oil change. 1.5 weeks after my oil change, where I was house sitting in another city, my car screamed at me saying there was going to be engine failure and oil errors and to take it in immediately. Knowing that engine failure could result in thousands of dollars lost (my brother's car had engine failure 2 months ago that resulted in a 16k loss of value), I took it to the place that was as close as possible to the place I was house sitting at, since the precision place I got my oil change at is about 40 min away and I did not want to risk my safety. The people at the new mechanic place said that the oil pan drain plug was not screwed in right, so there was no oil in my car, which is a huge hazard, especially since I have a 40 min commute 2x a week. I ended up having to get an oil change 1.5 weeks after going to Precision Auto. I told Precision Auto and they said there is no way they would reimburse and that the other place must have messed with something.... but the whole reason I even went to the other place is because my car was yelling about engine failure and oil... so no other place did not mess with it. They said they were cheaper than the other place so they would not reimburse, so I proposed they refund me of what I spent when I got my oil changed at precision auto, since it last 1.5 weeks and was a faulty job that almost killed my engine. They were like tough luck you should have come back here, to the place that didn't give me a good oil change.... and that in order to maybe but "not likely" get a refund I need to bring my car in? So why do I need to bring my car in yet again? To see that the other place did a good job? I have receipts and the phone number of the place that told me the cap was screwed in wrong, and said they could talk to them personally, but precision auto said that they "don't do that."

Was told 1.5 hour wait. Waited 3.5 hours had three people enter and exit before I was through. An old change and front brake pad/rotor change. Also insanely overpriced the one time my mechanic is out of town I’m paying $500 for front and back brakes and rotors where I normally get charged $200. Manager left early and these guys didn’t know their left from their right. Telling me “he’s just finishing up” while their manager told me that 45 minutes ago!!!!!

I'm a student and was calling different places to find a good price for oil most places were 80-100 dollars or more! Jody was so sweet, they have great discounts and they honor them for your next check up.They also go over maintenance and give out pointers for your vehicle.

They got me in last minute just before they closed for the day which was awesome. Less awesome was the service and price. Didn't ask me what oil I wanted but gave me what they wanted. Just be thorough in what you want and explore your options with them.

These guys were super helpful at diagnosing my AC. They even laid out a wiring diagram for me so I could fix it by myself and save some money instead of withholding which specific part I should buy so only they could fix my AC like how a lot of shady mechanics are. They definitely put the customer first. I would highly recommend Tony and the mechanics here. Fair price as well.

Beware of the shop. They talk a good talk but I spent $1200 getting my brakes fixed and then less than 10 months later. I’m doing the same damn thing all over again I don’t trust them. I’m concerned so I bring it back in and say hey can you take a look at it? I’m wondering if it’s under warranty . They look at it and say everything’s But my symptoms aren’t fine, so I take it to the dealership. $930. I spent over $2000 on brakes on the car that has less 60,000 miles on. Buyer beware.

I took my car there, hoping to get my freon recharged per the coupon they offered. It took them three hours to do so, and then I was told that the entire A/C compressor needed to be replaced. So: this means they refilled my freon for a broken A/C unit. The invoice said "per customer request", blaming me that they wasted both my time and money on something that's no good to me. I'm not a mechanic, and therefore did not know the compressor was broken. They could have let me know that the operation would be worthless, and a waste of money since it'd require a replacement to get ANY cold air. They were happy to offer to fix the problem for $1500-2000 after they wasted $110 on the freon. Do yourself a favor and head to Murray Auto Care, literally two doors to the left, past McDonalds and Minh and Kelvin will shoot you straight and won't waste your time or money.

John doesn't seem to be concerned with being polite or respectful to his customers from what I can tell by the way he treated me. He was less than honest and he overcharged me. Unless he's right and those were $30 "O" rings. Bad experience all around. Thanks John.Although after paying only $200 to get the AC charged on a 1998. He could have just took my wallet and kicked me in the balls ???.

I sat at the Slc location for a hour and a half. They didn't take my car back nor did they say anything to me the whole time i sat in the lobby and when I was finally ready I walked up to grab my keys said what I had to say and the response was " sorry it was a miss communication we didn't know it was here". THAT location sucks but boyyyy THIS location in Murray ??? simple oil change, my car was in and out in maybe 23 minutes total. Great team ran by a boss lady, it even smells good in this lobby. I recommend THIS location. Here they communicate.
