Update 07/31/2024 I like to apologize for the bad review and update it. Amazon has a new return policy and now takes 2 weeks to receive a refund. This is not UPS fault.”
“I've worked with KKP team (specifically Austin) on quite a few projects now, and speed, quality, and price have all been 5 stars. They are now my only printing company I choose to work with, and have stepped away from online printing entirely because of the quality and service they provide. If you are someone who has different projects needed for prints they are the ones I recommend!”

“This is a great place, especially when you have to do as many returns as I've had to the past few months. The staff are what makes this UPS location a cut above the rest. They are very helpful, kind and accommodating. A special thank you to Kevin at this location, who over the course of a few weeks has helped me out with the following: when my card didn't work he was kind enough to help with the printer fee, another time he went through the extra hassle to try and adjust my returns to save me the most money, most recently, he came outside and helped me bring in a multiple large scale packages while i was struggling to get them over the curb, and so on and so forth. Highly recommend coming here if you want the least amount of hassle and appreciate some awesome staff members helping you out with mundane tasks. 5 stars!”

“If you visit the Office Depot/Office Max store on 21st South, in Salt Lake City, ask for Barrett Stott, Salesperson, and Julia Foxx, Customer Service/Checkout. My experience with both of these people was superb! They each go above and beyond. Barrett is one of the finest salespeople I've come in contact with. What I loved most was their availability to help in person or over the phone. Linda, Christy, Brent....they are all amazing to work with. They are extremely experienced and I would recommend Jaffa to anyone planning a wedding as they will set the font that you want and even print your photos on beautiful card stock plus address your envelopes.
