Made an order,filled out application... Everything was good & they said they'd deliver order. Day of order delivery they never showed up or contacted us. Called at end of day and they said "oh yeah actually we don't have all the info we need." We said forget it,just cancel & the next day got texts randomly saying "we don't service your area." Okay first of all we canceled cause you're weird and secondly why did you literally have an order with tracking saying it's on its way if that's impossible. This store is just weird and a pain to deal with.

Daniel got mad at me because I was upset about delivery times not being clear I called multiple times and they kept changing the time I had spent a total of 10 hours and 3 weeks waiting for these couches never got a refund for the cancelation because I gave him attitude he said and said he didn't want to do business with me ... well ofcourse I'm going to give attitude when I have literally been trying to communicate and pay and work with u guys and it's not recreated all in all he blamed it all on me took no zccountabilty and I'm sure he will keep his job and continue to be on a power trip and honestly they were at my door and he still canceled he's a stubborn man and I. Vgglad I dodge a bullet with this company if this is how they act

Worst store in the state of Utah! Daniel let the "manager" title go to his head!!!!!! Iv been with this store 3 years, never had an issue! Iv paid off thousands and thousands of dollars in merch. and he treats me horrible tells me i cant rent electronics anymore cause they fixed an ipad 3x only once was my fault the other two times was because service didnt fix it right! He is the worst. He dont care about his customers dont care about loyalty. I had to switch stores and lost $200 dollars in credit. Daniel needa to loose his job im.not the only one that has complained!!!!!

I have been trying continually to update my debit card but the system will not let me do it. It's completely frustrating and time consuming and needs to be fixed

I got a lot of phone calls during times in which I had multiple times asked to not be called due to my work schedule. I felt as though the customer service was below par at best.

Make sure if you order your purchase online the contract at the store to sign is the same agreement. Originally I agreed to purchase on. 12 months purchase on sale. The store did not have this agreement when we went in to sign contract they printed a new one for in store added a significant Amount on the total. My mistake was not reading thru the in store agreement. All in all we completed our agreement and have enjoyed our 70 inch Television.

These guys are amazing they go above and beyond and always exceeds our expectations they have amazing and excellent 0customer service Lei and Alex are the greatest assistant manager and store manager they are even removing our old bed frame and mattress to no other company would ever do that they go above and beyond and always exceeds our expectations we have been with rent a center for 8 years they are truly family and will Always have your back if I could give them higher than a perfect 10 I would please if you need anything please buy from them they will give you a deal and will help even with past rental issues thank you guys again you are truly family
