Our check-in was quick, but that's where the positive experience ended. The real problems started as soon as we got to our room. Just getting the door open was a struggle, and once inside, the place was a mess. The dust was the first thing I noticed thick clumps hanging off the air vents, so visible it was hard to believe anyone had cleaned recently.
Looking around, things only got worse. The TV stand was a disaster, covered in deep scratches, mysterious white stains, and even more dust. Every lamp in the room was coated in a layer of grime. But the worst was yet to come. When I went to grab a towel for a shower, it was clear they hadn't been cleaned since the last guests. One of them had obvious period blood stains. The bathroom itself was just as bad, with grime everywhere and brown stains in the toilet bowl.
Trying to sleep was a nightmare. The beds were incredibly itchy, and sitting on the couch only made things worse. Honestly, this hotel ruined our entire trip. I would not recommend it to anyone. Stay far, far away if you want a clean and comfortable experience.

My family stayed here for a week and it’s been a horrible experience since. Don’t book please!! We slept on a couch that turned into a bed and I’ve never been more itchy than ever. The first time we pulled the chair there was dirt and trash in it!! The beds were messed up, desks scratched, horrible shower, the toilet had brown stains on the bottom, it’s so cold too

Worst breakfast ever. The eggs are so overcooked every day and dry. The juice machine tray hadn't been cleaned out in days.

This is a good residence Inn, it appears to have been recently updated. Not everything was updated but I did have an oven in my room which was cool. They also have rooms with bathtubs. The pool area seems nice but was busy a lot so I stayed away. Laundry room on site as well as a very small gym. Close to downtown, hospital, skiing, restaurants, grocery, mall. Definitely would be a great place to stay with family as the rooms are fairly large. I traveled solo and my room was large but comfortable.

What a great staff and hotel rooms! The location is prime... surrounded by everything you will need and want. 40min from Snowbird!

Great hotel, staff are all helpful and friendly, Pat the lady looking after the breakfast area is amazing the breakfast is superb with lots of choice.
The beds are extremely comfortable as expected of a Marriott brand hotel.
Unfortunately the sofa in the room apparently is new but very uncomfortable so I had to give the room 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall a good hotel.

We had other reservations, when arriving there was unseen circumstances. I called residence inn last minute and Bridget was AMAZING, very kind and accomdating to get us a 2 night stay last minute, with a pet. Upon arriving, check in was great and the customer service here is phenomenal. My family is very impressed and can not wait to stay here again in the future, when we have doctor appointments right across the street.
