I wanted to give Roolee a try. I found some earrings that I wanted but I didn't realize that they go through other vendors to have them shipped.
I ordered 4 pairs of earrings. One of the pairs delivered and the other 3 didn't.
Kept checking the mail and got notified that the rest of my earrings came and it didn't.
Checked a couple of more days and nothing still.
Emailed them and they told me that they go through other vendors and to give it 2-3 more days and still nothing.
It's sad that they charge you a bunch of money for something that never came.
Not pleased at all.

their fees are insane. i get having fees for certain things to cover on their part but they are definitely just taking extra money. first off i ordered something- shipping was TEN dollars. that’s so high especially for a company that was only shipping something an hour to me. i asked them why and they said “handling”. shouldn’t a regular shipping fee (like 3-6 dollars) cover shipping and handling? so pretty much i’m paying them extra to grab a dress and put it in a bag even though their employees are already getting paid for that. i’m like okay whatever because i need this dress for family pics
i get the dress- bad quality fabric, see through, start my return. i payed $68 and am ONLY getting $40 back. what???? i’ve never had that big of a difference anywhere. i get shipping not being refunded but then they charge me AGAIN for handling and some other fees. like do they not have enough money from their overpriced dresses to pay their employees? but then it says if i choose to buy something online right then and there they will give me a $60 gift card. so really i can get $60 back, they just will take over $20 if i don’t buy from their store. insane
online shopping is hard- you should be able to try something and return it while getting your money back.

I have been on a fairly fruitless search for some clothes that would fit me as I'm pregnant. No stores seem to have maternity. There was a dress in the window that looked fairly elastic. They only had a large on the rack and I asked if we could check the size in the window and if it was a medium or small I would buy it. I was told they can't sell me the dress in the window as they just put it up but they had more coming in tomorrow. I explained I'm having a fairly rough pregnancy and probably wouldn't be able to come back tomorrow. I asked if they could just put the large on temporarily and change it when they got the shipment tomorrow. I was told no because it wouldnt fit. I find it a bit exasperating that the display is more important than the customer. I would have been a guaranteed sale. Very disappointed.
