Worst customer service ever!!!!! I returned a bottle of mousse because the bottle didn’t work. I just wanted an even exchange. Since I had gotten it on sale, they wanted me to pay the difference. It was the same product. They weren’t even willing to do an even exchange. I will never buy from them again. This is the second time I have had an issue trying to exchange something. I didn’t want my money back just a product that worked.

This store needs to be open until 8 o’clock. Why are the other locations open until eight and not this one? As I was walking back to my car another woman driving away rolled down her window and said, these guys close too early! I agree.C’mon Sally’s, we need you!

The girl working stood there hovering me like I was going to steal. I felt very uncomfortable. I felt she was being racist, there was a gal in there that looked like she was on meth. I was with my daughter and niece and instead of watching the crackhead she stood by the door like I was going to just walk out with what I had in my arms. Not sorry I am indecisive on a nail polish color. But they definitely need to be less suspicious.

Whenever I need my manicure supplies I always go to Sally's Beauty Supply. They used to have a product called Nail Life that had a base coat, primer and a killer top coat. Then Louis Alfieri decided to change the product. After that I was never able to find another product like that. I know a good base coat and good coats of color and a good top coat are the basics of a good manicure. I purchased OPI Nail Lacquer Chop Stix n Stones, and ORLY Royal Navy. I love the Blues on My Nails. I purchased Finger Paints Calcium Boost Base Coat to give my nails a protective coating of calcium after this pandemic a year of using scrubs to clean. Finally INM Out The Door Top Coat to give my nails that high glassy shine. Take Biotin to help your nails grow.

The girl was too busy to assist customers. I stood by the cash register while she was texting in the back. I also overheard her ignore a customer's question about Combs. I usually have a lot of help with the girls here, but that girl shows obvious signs that she does not want to be working there.

That was the worst experience I've ever had at a Sally's. I felt like I was at Ulta Beauty! The store person did not say anything to me, and this was after I asked if she could help me. Her blank stare made me think that she didn't actually work there, that I'd just started talking to a stranger. Then she finally nodded her head and I asked my question. The store had very low stalk in most things, which was disappointing. Prob won't be back to this location ☹

It’s unfortunate people only like to leave a review when they have a bad experience, I am a frequent customer and have always been greeted as I come in, the girls here are always friendly and helpful with everyone. I’ve noticed recently they have only two girls working at a time so it can get pretty busy or one girl has worked by herself. I think some people just don’t understand or have the patience but they’re great girls and they do well here.
