In the past I've bought so much furniture from this place for my home but recently I purchased all of my office furniture from them and it's been a mess. Whoever is now managing the store should be replaced. I've had issue after issue and no one takes accountability. Their delivery service is a joke and I still don't have my full order. It's incredibly disappointing because I love their product selection but I'm questioning if I'll ever purchase from them again.

My couch buttons started coming apart 2 months after purchase. I immediately called them and I got the runaround for months. Three different people dropped the ball and never followed up with me and I gave up with no resolution. I have now had this couch for 10 months and it is not holding up. Pilling fabric and multiple buttons are coming apart. Very poor quality and even worse customer service.

I’ve referred so many people to Scandinavian Designs over the years, and my own company has spent a lot of money with them, but the way this store is being managed now is unacceptable. Diamond, the GM at this location, seriously needs real training on how to lead a team and communicate. They are doing a terrible job – basic orders are mishandled, customer care is non-existent, and there’s no accountability.
On top of that, it’s a constant finger-pointing game between staff. If you ever have to deal with them, make sure you log every interaction because no one takes responsibility when mistakes happen.
They’ll even go so far as to confirm and schedule delivery for a non-existent order — how convenient when people are on tight deadlines trying to get furniture shipped and in place. That’s not just sloppy, that’s reckless.
And don’t even get me started on their payment processing — first it’s “bill pay,” then it’s “Shopify pay,” then suddenly they “only accept” whatever random option they feel like that day.
It’s frustrating when a brand I’ve trusted and supported for so long can’t even get the fundamentals right. Scandinavian Designs needs to take a hard look at management here, because the current leadership is failing.

I received poor quality furniture where the casters quickly broke. They provided a pathway for me to pay to have it replaced. Told me it was going to be arriving. Then a month later called me to say that the order wasn't ever confirmed with the supplier, that I should just go to Lowes to replace the casters and that I shouldn't have ordered a replacement casters to fix the chair that broke, and then repeatedly interrupted me during a call to get clarification.

I visited this store last year, and they were good and polite. The pickup hours were flexible. However, it seems that there has been a change in management. The current manager is rude, and the pickup hours are no longer flexible. Additionally, they are changing the delivery day as promised.

Walked into the store to find some bedroom furniture for a remodel I just completed. There were 2 associates standing behind the desk. No one welcomed us or attempted to assist us in anyway. I have guests coming in two weeks and am a serious buyer. Furnishings here are ridiculously overpriced but I was in a bind and would have purchased a couple bedroom sets that I liked. I am now heading to San Francisco Designs, which is also overpriced to purchase what I need. Thanks for nothin?
