We always enjoy looking through the books and the clearance tables...while setting our items on the counter, the lady at the register suggested the second and newly released 2nd book in a series by an author we enjoy. She made the whole visit pleasant, acknowledging every customer as she could. There is a pleasant and positive feeling to the shop... and I'm always able to find treasures in that shop.

I have NEVER felt soo attacked as I did at this store. I understand the mask wearing but when a customer states they have a medical condition and its hard to wear one TRY and be understanding. To threated to kick you out of the store. I will NEVER shop at Seagul again!!!! Talk about Christ like ;)

I stopped by to get a present for my niece and Michael went above and beyond! He catered to me even though I didn't ask him to! I wish all sales people and customer service employees were this kind and attentive.
