A customer of 4 years here, sadly, that will no longer be the case due to the lack of accountability and professionalism of the employee and the manager at the Silver Loft booth here at Fashion Place. Long story short, I purchased a snake chain from Kayden (I believe that’s how you spell his name) and at the time Kayden told me that if I kept or took a picture of my receipt and by the time something happen to my silver, Silver Loft will replace it at no cost. About a month later, my chain clasp snapped upon me waking up. I then followed the promise Kayden had told me and drove to Silver Loft, to my surprise, I was denied on the claim that was made and was offered a half off deal instead. I then confront Kayden with the utmost compassion and respect about his promise to me, just for him to tell me “I’m pretty damn sure I know what I said.” Seeing that he was getting defensive, I backed off and spoke to the manager who was there, don’t know their name but that had a nose ring; told them the same thing I told Kayden about his false promise, again, I was met with the same answer. To be clear, I refused the offer as I have felt disrespected and I can’t see myself support a dishonest business. I have loved Silver Loft since the first time I was there 4 years ago, I got a chain as my first purchase, I still have it somewhere. Ever since then, I only bought my silver jewelry from here due to the kindness and professionalism I thought Silver Loft had.
This review was written to act as a caution to double confirm what was told when you buy something from here but to also, raise awareness to treating customers who has support your business since you’ve opened at Fashion Place with a little more respect and trust. I rarely write reviews but when I do it’s because I was hurt due to the treatment that was shown towards me. The chain in question was used to hold my buddha pendant so I know my god is not happy with this at all. That’s all for now.

Kaden & Kenny helped me and my fiancé purchase a Wedding band for me, I got the gold tungsten ring, both of these young men are really intuitive and friendly, I would absolutely recommend. Thank you Kaden and Kenny

Sam was AMAZING and so incredibly helpful. I didn't actually buy any product because they didn't carry rose gold in the nose hoop I was inquiring about. He helped measure my nose and told me what size of gauge my nose was. He even helped me search online and look for what I wanted. Highly highly recommend! Will return for any silver or gold needs going forward!

Poor customer service. Poor quility of chains. Bought a chain and the clip broke off less then a week after I got it. There guy at the store said to me its not their problem.

I love getting jewelry from this place! Today I got some hoops and pearl stud earrings for a reasonable price. The guy helping me was so soft spoken and did not make me feel uncomfortable or force me to buy anything! He also answered all of my questions:) thanks! Will be buying here again!

Me and my daughter were looking at buying a bracelet. I asked Steve for help and he said “we don’t serve bigots” I asked him why he would think we are bigots and he said it’s because of one of the stores we showed at. This is so hurtful and wrong! I can’t believe that we could be treated this way! Never shop here!!

Went to the mail with my daughter and Steve, working the register, said they don’t serve bigots. I asked why he thought that about us and he said because of a store we were at in the mail. We are not bigots and we did nothing wrong! Discrimination for shopping at a store? Not ok! That is a terrible way to treat people!

The guy working today was the absolute worst!!! We waited for 20 minutes, while he waited on another dude, without even acknowledging that we were waiting. When he finally came to "help" we said we wanted to look at toe rings. Then, he wouldn't let us try them on!! I said I wasn't buying anything that I couldn't try on to make sure it fits. If you can try on everything else, why not? It wasn't like dude cleaned the six silver chains the customer before us tried on!! I even offered to clean with alcohol after we tried on!! He still refused! I won't be back and will take my business elsewhere.
