Cashier Rebecca made my experience awful, she was rude, condescending & argumentative over everything. She did not want to take my coupon, stating that I didn’t buy that item, when I showed her that item was bought she argued it doesn’t count, I showed her on the coupon it stated any size or variety. She talked down to me as if I did not understand how to use my own card, as she also did with the gentleman before I in line. When it came to bagging, she chastised me and treated me as if I didn’t know how to bag my own groceries, nor laid them, she continued to rush me out of the line while trying to finishing bagging my groceries and made me hesitant on returning.

I got these chicken strips yesterday and they were huge. They are very good . they also have hatch green Chile burritos that are awesome. The deli staff is very helpful and kind.

Alex the cashier decided me as a 51 year old man couldn’t buy a six pack of beer because I was with my 17 year old daughter was with me shopping for groceries and she didn’t have ID what a bad experience.
I asked for the manager and got no results

Don't go in this location first thing in the morning! I went in at 6:05 this morning. Grabbed a couple items and went to self checkout. The register I was at stopped working. The employee watching over these was way to busy putting bags in all the registers instead of assisting me! I had to try and figure out the system and ended up moving to a separate register. Smith's employee did absolutely nothing! Do better Smith's!
I would also not want that employee represent my company as someone majority of your customers will interact with! Just a heads up!

I fell down outside of their door the night manager watched me along with 4 other people as they were smoking outside. I broke my nose and I cracked all of my teeth and they did absolutely nothing about it. I tried to put in a claim and sue them. They denied my claim. I've been going into the Smiths for 5 years straight every single day. I worked at the Subway that's in the same. Parking lot wasn't everyday customer more than once a day. And that's what I got out of it. They laughed in my face.
As I was covered in sno blood and being stared at by all of them. While they were smoking their cigarette. Ever since that fall, it's been embarrassing going in there.The night people are rude. The night manager, especially her, how could you just stare at somebody? Well, they had fallen and hurt themselves really bad right outside the door one foot out the door that's all I was, and I get humiliated, even worse.
