I recently went here to Phillip on gas and while I was there, I was trying to refill my cup with ice. The old lady cashier who was working at that time told me I cannot get free ice because the ice machine was broken according to her. She said it was only for paying customers and I told her I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. Then she told me in a rude manner that it is only for people that are buying beverages with ice.
I’ve been to many convenience stores doing the same thing and this is the first time ever in my life I’ve had someone tell me or make me feel like I’m not a paying customer when I was. I will be speaking to the manager within the next few weeks about this.

I just think the disrespect my son was showing at that store was very very pathetic you know they treat him like garbage and I think the employees there I have a talking to you it's not the first time this has happened and they're very disrespectful

Regularly not open until 730+ it's 7/12 and for the last 2 days they are still locked up tight at 630. This is a regular occurrence for this location usually happening later in the week. If you can avoid this location you should do so.
It's now Thursday 7/18 at 637am and as of course is tradition... they aren't open yet.

They don't take paper ID's because a store got busted for a minor that printed one up, yeah sure and what about the plastic ones people use that were made fraudulently?? That's not a very good reason to not accept a valid form of ID
