The room was clean, but had a few minor issues like the closet doors wouldn't close (barely moved) and a few cosmetic things like paint stains on the floor, but otherwise, the room was clean, spacious and exactly what I needed. The guy working the front desk, Marty, was incredibly kind and helpful. He answered all questions in a polite and professional manner. There was some drug paraphernalia on the ground by the garbage cans (not anything pointy or sharp) at about 3am, but was cleaned up as soon as staff arrived in the morning. Since they took care of it as soon as they were made aware, that is nothing I can fault the staff for. The location is great and near the freeway entrance and restaurants.

All the staff members I've never extremely awesome security is awesome The nightlife around here is a little nerve-wracking but we can deal with it we enjoy the stay Henry has been pretty great every time I've talked to him he's been very helpful I appreciate the way the staff treats us good all in all the only issues that I see around here which really isn't too bad is all the people that do drugs and hang out here but that's pretty much anywhere you go these days so you can't really judge a place by the people that try to hang around here the police do try to protect this area and so does security Tommy is great he checked in on my family because my door was cracked open and I appreciate that

We would like to say thank you to front desk agent Henry for being an amazing and very helpful worker. Everytime we checked-in he's always willing to help us with a big smile. He's very kind and a very understandable person. Thanks for giving us a walk-through to all different rooms so we can choose for our liking. Thank you so much Henry. You are the best.

You get what you pay for, but you couldn’t pay me to stay in this place. When I was checking in, another guest complained of the room smelling like smoke for a nonsmoking and requested a refund. Upon opening the door to my designated room, I realized I had to do the same. Receptionist advised no refunds and offered two other rooms. I quickly turned all of them down. They all smell of smoke and urine. Not safe whatsoever. Sketchy people all over. Someone was high off their mind on the stairs leading up to the rooms, and the receptionist casually walked around them like it’s not a problem. A place like this shouldn’t be allowed to advertise for bookings online. Very misleading.Safety: Not safe for families.

Dirty, poorly stocked (almost no toilet paper) and in need of repairs. Floors were sticky, surfaces and sheets were stained, only half the lights worked. We registered as two guests, but only got one towel. We tried talking to the front desk, but the line of complaints/requests was so long, we just dealt with it. Had some toilet paper in the car and brought in my own cleaning supplies to make it more sanitary.I gave "Service" 3 stars because the staff was kind and trying very hard to be helpful in a difficult situation.

Went here a couple of nights ago, and had great service when needing answers I was provided with the right answers quickly. The bed was freshly made in the bathrooms were spotless. The front desk guy Henry was and is very quick to answer my phone calls if needed anything such a great gentleman, I will continue to come here and pass my nights if need be.

Roaches, room dirty, booked a non smoking room but got a room that smell, room was damaged. Roaches come out when the light is off. Not enough parking and the parking is tight. I got my car dinged. Check In experience not good. Dude had an attitude. Other guy was friendly. Loud people with their door opened. Homeless wondering around. As well as police.

The rooms were so bad we canceled our reservation, and found another place for the week. Furniture was broken. Bed covers had cigarette burns and looked worn and stained. Towels looked dirty- could have been stains. Floors were sticky and the non-smoking rooms we saw all smelled of

I knew this wasn't the Hilton, but price was right and it is hard to find a room to smoke in anymore however this stay was a disappointment.I was able to check in early as my plans changed and needed to use the facilities. Check in process was smooth although he tried to charge me at hotel, even though I had prepaid with Motel 6 directly. Walk to the room (200 building) and see couple people doing drugs on stairs outside of my door. Key didn't work anyways so back to office. Key fixed, head to room again and druggies are gone. (first bad sign about this place was overheard housekeeper telling manager about a DNR for drugs in another room)Room was a bit smaller than expected but surprisingly clean. I always travel with cleaning wipes. Used them on all surfaces but floor and nothing. Always wear sandal in fake wood floor hotels, so can't speak about the floors. Quick check on and around bed and all was good. Then noticed no towels or the single Motel6 bar of soap. Back to the office again. Head housekeeper was there as well and within 20 minutes had both delivered to room. Noticed workers sweeping and picking up trash around the building.Left, turned on the AC (it worked fine) and the bad happened when I returned around dark. Its like zombies come out of nowhere and congregate at this place. They were everywhere buying, selling and using. A popular placed for many was right outside my room. When I walked in they scattered for a few as I am a big dude and they may have been scared. Didn't matter, 10 minutes later they were all back. Only couple of times was there screaming and yelling.Blasted the TV volume and AC (although concerned what might get sucked in) and slept through most of the night in a surprisingly comfortable bed. Yes, only two pillows, but you should expect that at all Motel6 properties. All staff were outstanding. Room not that bad, clean and comfortable but won't be staying here again until they get rid of the non customer drugged out zombies. They leave such a mess. Like I said, place was swept clean at noon and by the time I checked out, it looked like downtown Seattle on a good day.

Had to stay here out of necessity. Was the only place I could find a room with 2 beds and ADA bathroom. Towels were stained and dirty looking. Bed spread was either dirty or severely stained up. Floor was filthy. Not sure when it was last mopped. Gum stuck to floor. We were supposed to be in a non smoking room. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and marijuana. The curtain to cover the window was broken and had cigarette burns in it. We listened to the homeless population walking around the property all night, along with drug deals happening.Safety: We did not feel safe. Between the homeless population using drugs 24/7 and hearing drug deals happening, our stay couldn't end fast enough.

Disgusting!! There were cigarette burn marks on the bed covers, the cabinets and doors were all falling apart or disconnected, the showers were super dirty, the smoke detectors were disconnected, it smelled like someone threw up in there. The secondary lock was broken. It was the worst one I’ve ever seen. We checked in and checked out in less than 15 minutes. What a joke! I’m calling corporate to make a formal complaint. Zero stars if I could.

We had stayed here several times, we were shocked how bad this place has gotten. Homeless people doing drugs in the parking lot. People walking by our door jiggling it to see if it would open. We Were there for 5 days, we asked for towels two times, the second time they had none to give us, so we went and purchased some. No remote control would work in our room, tried a few. The toilet seat needed bolting down. Our dresser was broken the the drawer did not stay in, it just would fall. There was no rod to hang our clothes in the closet. The place was filled so I know they have money to do these fixes. The refrigerator was great!Safety: The place was dangerous to stay in. Did not feel safe at any time.

There were many things in this hotel that needed some help, but the location is possibly it's best feature. It is located right by a I215 entrance, that you can transition to I15 if needs be. You could also go shopping/eating in the Ft. Union shopping center that isn't far. However, we went the whole first week without a key to our room!We had to change our sheets and get clean towels from the front desk, which wasn't that big of a problem, other than those sheets having burned cigarette holes in them! Others appeared to have stains. I think they NEED to replace their linens. Also in the bathroom, it looked like they forgot to finish the remodel on the counter. It was left very unfinished looking. Inside the tub was slippery. The floor was slippery if wet. There was nothing to grab onto if you fell. The curved shower curtain holder looked like it was going to fall out of the broken holders if it was touched wrong.Oh, there was also no TV remote, (we got one from the office that didn't work) and the smoke detector was not reattached to the wall where it should have been.Don't get me wrong, the room was really big and nice for a change for us, but there were so many little things (safety oriented) that really bothered me. (We were also in a double queen for about 28 days.)

The rooms always have an issue with them. They really don't remodel them. They use spare parts from other rooms. They should have coffee makers in the rooms, they used to. Continental breakfast would be wonderful. Too many "drug deals" going on at night. At all hours of the night. The managers aren't very empathic when there's issues with the rooms. The last time I stayed there, the maintenance guy just walked into our room without knocking. I wasn't too happy. The laundromat should stay open 24 hrs a day. People have different work schedules, some may prefer to wash clothes at 3am. The rooms could use a good mopping, they don't clean rooms very well.

The people at the front desk are always helpful and pleasant. And I like the privacy you get in your room. Plus the kitchenette is great to have when your staying for a long period. The price is high but this is the cheapest I could find. My fiance left me for another woman so I have to fend for myself and it's been rough. But I'm very glad there are places like this to go to especially this time of year. We have snow 2-3 in deep and I would be living out in the snow right now if it weren't for this place. So I'm very grateful to be here and warm for today at least. I'm not sure how I'm gonna get money after the next two days when my rent is due again. I'm not sure how I'm gonna find work that will pay me Dailey but I need to do something and fast. I don't even have any money left and I don't have a car either so I'm really stuck but at least I can have my dogs here that makes things easier for me. I just need to find somewhere to sale the dragonfly's I make and to work to pay my rent and feed me and my dogs. Please send prayers to help me please? thank you ?? thank you studio 6 for being here to house me???Rooms: Kitchenette and the size of the room plus full bath and showerSafety: My dogs mostly and the doors and windows have locksNoteworthy details: Not many towels so it seems not to much lawn and places to take your dogs. There is a park but I don't know how to get there. That may be nice if the weather permits
