Do not go here it’s a scam. I went once and thought it was over priced since you clean your car out yourself, however that wasn’t the worst part. I thought I made a one time payment which was not the case, I only knew they were charging me a subscription once I added my card to Apple Pay and received notifications. I went to cancel( which is also hard to get ahold of someone) they said via email they had cancelled my account and this month I received another 30 dollar charge. It seems very scammy.
I was told it was cancelled on November 12th and got charged this December and when I sent an email asking why that is you guys said not your problem you sold the company. I find it really disingenuous that you reply fast to reviews to show face, but when it come to dealing with issues behind scenes it is really hard to get ahold of someone. I didn’t want to post receipts but here you go.

Tire shine machine at this location is broken. They will not tell you that. It’s been that way for a year. Everyone knows, nobody cares. Edited for spelling error.

Hours, they are in winter hours and online says they are open until 8pm but they are not they close at 7pm

I have no issues with the physical location itself. But the subscription billing portion has been a nightmare and is a scam.
I signed up online for a car wash monthly subscription, the location told me they are not able to help me as online subscriptions are different. Since signing up for the subscription, I have been able to utilize it once. After that the app errors out and says to contact support. I contacted support and received no help. A few days later, my subscription shows up as canceled in the app with no explanation and their support stop responding to me.
Despite all of that, they are still continuing to try to bill me for ongoing subscriptions for something I can’t use. I had to block the company with my credit card card and dispute previous transactions.
I would actually want to hear back from someone that can help me cancel my subscription and stop billing attempts.

I have been a member here for years and had a good experience overall, however I pay for tire shine in my package and for mos & mos it has not worked. I pay extra for this every month and I keep getting told they’ve ordered the part and it will be in. I’ve heard that for literally probably six months. I paid for a service. I did not receive. No one would tell you I just happen to notice. Now I find out they’re selling the place and they’re not planning on fixing it until it’s sold and the new owner fixes it.

Even though some of the vacuums have not worked in over a month or two. The workers tell me they are waiting on parts. I really appreciate the kindness and the hard work the staff is doing despite the broken equipment. I recommend this store to my friends.
