Jen Taylor is the best hairstylist there ever was! She was so positive, fun, and kind hearted! I would also like to add how fun Abby was! My skin felt like a babies after my treatment! Taylor d Shaw is heaven on earth!!!

I arrived a few minutes early and my stylist said I was 15 minutes late. I showed her the email and text message showing that I wasn't and she was very rude. She acted like she didn't believe me even after I showed her my confirmation and that I was on time.
She ended up cutting my hair quickly anyways and it didn't turn out very good. There's some random pieces that are way shorter than the others and it's not blended well. I should have just walked away at the beginning when she was rude to me.

I got my hair done by Ashley, not only did she do an amazing job and worked a miracle, but she was so fun to talk with and super nice. I didn’t think she would be able to achieve the look I wanted and I would have to go in multiple times to get it perfect, but she worked her magic and I left feeling so beautiful! I give her props because I have a ton of hair but she was so patient, didn’t rush the process. I will definitely be going to her again. It was expensive but I feel the price was fair and not overpriced, no matter where you go it will be expensive for such a drastic change like this. Thank you Ashley for giving me more confidence in my appearance!

I came in and booked Tony! The shop had good atmosphere and everyone was super nice and patient. Tony left me feeling gorgeous and refreshed 😌 ✨️

Cute salon, good music playing. For my humans with accessibility needs know that some stations are up stairs and there is no elevator. Upstairs is a bit warm (in the summer to be fair). Came in for a haircut and felt like it was a bit more of a get in get out situation like a great clips rather than a salon experience. For sure know what you want. I showed a photo to my stylist and told her just a bit shorter and asked her opinion on what length would look good with my features. She told me short means different things to different people (true) and I just need to tell her what I wanted. This is totally fair and I usually like a little bit of an opinion of the stylist. In short don't expect collaboration just come in with exactly what you want. I did end up a bit shorter than I was thinking (much shorter than the photo shown) because I don't think I communicated well the length. Overall she did a good job and hair grows out so on me for not being 100% certian what I want. The vibe wasn't super friendly. I don't know if I will book again. Good price and great location for me just maybe not the place for me.
For my plus size friends chair was wide and met the needs, sink chair was also wide and wasn't an issue.

I love love LOVE this salon! It is always clean and everyone is really professional and I have been coming here since 2016 and have never had a bad experience! I love the look of the salon it has so much charm. I have been to Michelle the most and she is incredible. I have also referred friends to Anna and Lindsay and they have loved their experiences as well. Couldn't say enough good things about this place. Really really fair pricing as well. I also love that they have the Amika product line cause I love that stuff. They also have their own haircare line and the product called resqued is heaven in a bottle!!!!

Wes the barber did an amazing job on my hair. You can tell how much experience he has because everything is free hand. The location is a way cool 100 year old house and is super clean. This is the only place I will get my haircut done.

I love Taylor D'Shaw!! They were super welcoming my first time going and paired me with a hairstylist that really gave me what I wanted. Maddy is incredible! She's not only really fun to talk to but she also is really good at what she does. She is very communicative and makes sure she's giving you exactly what you want and what will look best on you. I moved further away but still come back to Taylor D'Shaw for my haircut because the drive is worth it! Not only do I have an amazing hairstylist, but I feel like I also have a new friend. Love love love this place and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a salon!
