I've never been in a store, usually I order online or just buy the few products I know I love from Ulta, but I definitely would hands down rather pop in now that I know how wonderful the products are after testing a few things in-store this past week! Plus the staff, especially Scott, has been so helpful, knowledgeable and just super fun and friendly which makes shopping in-store even more delightful!

The Shea body butter is the only lotion that for years helps my eczema almost disappear. They have a 100% shea now so I'm trying that one, it is really thick like almost a solid.

Great customer service. They were so helpful to me in navigating a really difficult situation with a communication breakdown between their store and their corporate entity. I love the way their products smell; their mango and grapefruit body washes get me compliments on how I smell all the time. I love their mission as well.

I have been shopping with The Body Shop for well over thirty years and use their products several times daily. When I moved to the area, I was very excited that there was an actual store in a mall close to where I work. My previous visits have been great and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Today it was completely the opposite. I went in to use my Love Your Body points, and purchase some nighttime cream. I also was planning to purchase a few gifts, but unfortunately, the sales online were different than in the store. The two people who worked there were so incredibly dismissive, and rude. After deciding to even enter the mall during the pandemic, when so many in this mall are not wearing masks properly, it was super disappointing to interact with these Body Shop employees. I ended up leaving the store, and shopping online instead. As someone who has been using products from here on a daily basis for decades, this was disappointing, as I prefer to shop in person, but do not need the negativity and disrespect that these employees exuded during my last visit.

Big time fan of the body shop. Recently bought from the Chinese ginseng and rice range: the clarifying polishing powder wash as well as the mask. Been using it for a while now and my skin feels amazing. Instantly soft, smooth and glowing! A little goes a long way. And the powder wash is travel friendly too. It’s great for when you’re travelling and your face needs a little pick-me-up.
