Worst customer service and absolute worst return/exchange policies. Please people do everyone a favor and don't buy anything from this store. If you do hate someone buy their kids some Clothes from this store as a gift.

The products are cute. Love the clothes. But wow. I've never seen such slow, worthless employees. We had to wait over ten minutes before they even got to us in line- there was only one person ahead of us. Two employees working- one on register. The other ran around straightening up the store even though we stood in line forever. Never again. I have better things to do with my time.

It is the worst customer service! The Visa card customer service is even worse. I will never shop at this store again, cut up card, and closed the account all within 30 days!

Where else can you get good quality clothes in June for Black Friday prices?! (Lol, okay, if you're a decent shopper, probably lots of places). We hit the additional 75% off clearance racks today and got swimwear for $2.50, 2-pc PJ sets for $4, a dress for $5, etc. We were very satisfied. I thought they just had stuff for younger kids, but they have up to size 16! We haven't tried out the rewards points system yet, but we signed up - why not, it's free. Check out took a few minutes, and the sales associate was a little too talkative, but that's okay - it didn't take as long as at the GAP! Overall good experience today.

They have a very rude customer service at this location, and it's getting worse with each time. It's not just one person but several even though there are some individuals (e.g. the one with glasses) that shouldn't be working in customer service with the attitude they have. They are lazy to come to registers; it comes with a sigh and barely moving feet. This time I was trying to buy pants for my boys. Grabbed two pairs, went to the register, and the price on the register rang $19.99 instead of $7.99 as the label above was. The second pair, which looked identical (same brand, color, etc) but it was a different size was ringing at $7.99. So she tells me that the other pair should have been on the other rack for $19.99. OK, I went and grabbed another pair under $7.99 sale with her watching me. It rings wrong again. I had to ask her to go and get pants that would ring $7.99. The interesting part was that they all were the same brand, same model but different colors and sizes. It's pretty messy at the location. It is used to be different, but things are not good anymore. Also, when I've asked for a manager, I've been told that the manager only comes at specific hours; that is great, but it doesn't work for people who work FT. I would recommend going to South Towne location. There are much friendlier, more polite and won't give you any attitude.

I am not normally one who would leave a review for a company but this is the second time I've had a problem at this store and have officially decided I won't be going back. The first time I had purchased clothing for my two girls there for back to school and had accidentally grabbed the wrong size skirt. We were at the outlet when we purchased it. Well I took the skirt to the Murray location to switch it for the correct size and they told me I would have to take it to the store I purchased it at because they aren't able to switch things out at different stores. I understand that stores have different guidelines and decided to give the skirt to another family member and purchase a new skirt for my daughter since we weren't planning on going to Park City for some time. Now the more recent time was just on Saturday. My little girl received a dress for her birthday and it was the the wrong size. The family member didn't give us a receipt and I figured since it was from that store and just purchased two days prior I could switch it out without a problem. When we first walked in the employee working didn't say a word, I walked up and placed the dress and jacket on the counter explaining they were given as a gift and were too small and we would like to please switch them out. The employee looked at me and said let me guess you don't have a receipt. I explained that we don't but would be happy to contact the gift giver and try to get a picture of it if absolutely necessary. She acted agitated and then walked over to the dresses and said what size did you want? I was taken a back by the amount of attitude I was receiving. I asked for the size we needed and she said we don't have that size. I said okay well let me look and see if there is a different dress in the right size and she stated that I couldn't exchange it for another item at the same value. I looked at her and said even with a receipt? She ignored me and walked away. I took my daughter to the dressing room and found the same dress in a size that did fit her and found the jacket in a larger size. I called the West Valley location and they didn't have the jacket in the right size either. At this point I decided to pick up some tights and leggings and the girl stood at the counter watching me. She then rudely asked are you done yet? I said no sorry I am still shopping around. When I was done I paid and left feeling upset that a company I have spent over $300 dollars in on multiple occasions had such terrible customer service.

They have kids clothes... Store is pretty cramped if you go in with a stroller. Great sales on already reasonable prices.
