Both he and Shawn took the time to thoroughly explain all the terms, fees, and due dates, making sure I understood everything clearly. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and exceptional customer service!

DON’T EVER STORE ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE. Be so careful with this place, my friend had a storage unit here and when she went back they changed the lock on her and all of her belongings had mouse feces all over and holes everywhere In her couch that had a cover over it which was $1200 just down the drain. They didn’t help her with anything and took ZERO accountability.. don’t ever use this place unless you want everything ruined. I’m disappointed.

A great place for storage, car, boat, RV, apartment or home if you need to store it Secure Space in Murray has the space you need. For me it's two thumbs way up for Secure Storage!

I don't recommend this storage unit. For anybody things that they don't tell you about is that you need to have insurance while you're here, that your not able to opt out,the price they give you is a lie. Add $20+ honestly super ridiculous This place is definitely pulling A bait and switch, giving you one price online and then telling you about other price after words that you cant dispute. The agreement shows you you kin, refuse it. However, after you sign it, it tells you it's required. I'm not able to dispute. Don't recommend super shady company.

If I could give no star rating I would. Due to the negligence of another unit next to mine that had pallets of dog food stored in it,I had mice. I mentioned it to the staff when I heard them in the back of my unit. They gave me traps and put a rodent box out front of my unit. I set them out and came back 4 days later and caught 7 mice on the sticky traps!!! When I was moving my things out there was mouse droppings and urine all over everything! They had chewed into and were reproducing in my very expensive couches along with my mattresses. I had insurance and let me say that is a bunch of bs! I can't get a hold of anyone ! Even when I go to the website for the insurance provided in my lease agreement I can't file a claim. Now I'm without beds and couches for my kids and I ! NOT VERY HELPFUL AT ALL!!

The manager Chuck was extremely condescending. He would sit there and stare at the live recording of two women that were loading up a Uhaul which I found pretty creepy. I had the opportunity to talk with an employee that was under the manager whom of which I had the best experience with, I had mentioned that I had found a Rolex in my storage unit to said employee. When I came in to return my cart the manager asked if I had really found the Rolex, I said yes and he asked if he could buy it from me. I told him no, not to him and I turned and asked the other employee if he would be working the next day. Immediately the manager chimes in and says that he wouldn't give me a cart for the next day because I wouldn't sell him the Rolex. If I had to use this place again while this manager was still his position I wouldn't.
