I could not be happier with my experience at Timdahle Infiniti, in my long experience as a customer in different dealerships, without a doubt this has been the best, my advisor was Ayzia Perhson, and I describe her as excellent attention, support and knowledge in each service that I provided. I had in my car! excellent 100% recommended

The absolute worst, most unorganized service experience I’ve ever dealt with when trying to service my vehicle. We have a brand new Infiniti that already had a recall and issues (after only 1 week and less than 800 miles) and they scheduled us to have it fixed. We got there and they suddenly don’t have the part… Maybe call and let your customer know before they drive there to drop off their vehicle? 2nd time we went because they got the part in. I’ve been calling for 3 days to get an update on if the recall was fixed, see if our window tint was done, clear bra put on, and new license plate installed. Called twice a day since it’s been there and NO calls back. I’m constantly told someone will call us back. For buying a “luxury brand” this certainly is NOT luxury service. Makes me regret I didn’t buy another Toyota because that service dept is incredible. I am hoping they improve before the next time we need service. It’s been a horrible experience so far.

Made an appointment online to have a service completed. Bought the car a few days ago and it was leaking oil. Took that in to be fixed. I was promptly greeted and after explaining what I wanted done, I was offered an apology and “let’s get that handled”. Decently quick service for what it was. Explained to me in detail what happened and covered it at no cost to me. Their service team is in my opinion fantastic. Owned up to a small mistake and took care of and made me feel empowered to return for any other needs.Service: Engine repair

Bernie Ure is the best service advisor. Tim Dahle Infiniti has some good advisers and I've worked with a few that really stand out since my purchase in 2008. Bernie is perhaps the best if not the very best one. He is passionate about cars and is a straight shooter, very responsive and friendly. This is a difficult combination to find these days. Bernie went above and beyond to assist me in this last service appointment. I"m trying to get my 2008 FX35 to 300K miles and this takes some extra attention and care to keep mostly OEM parts without an drivetrain replacement. Bernie helped diagnose the issue and spent time discussing with the master tech to determine a possible root cause. I recommend him. He is a good dood.Services: Transmission

I tried to purchase a brand new car from this dealership, just yesterday. I saw the MSRP price, which the salesperson had noted multiple times. When "crunching numbers" they told me the purchase price was now going to be $10,000 more than MSRP. After all of the time I had spent communicating with them (literally months)- when the time came to sign the paperwork, they then came back with the higher price. Because "the car was in high demand" they now expected me to pay $10,000 over sticker price. I feel deceived- and I hope people will stop paying ridiculous prices for cars even the manufacturer wont value at that much, knowing a bank won't value them at that much either - this behavior/expectation only puts the consumer even more upside down in the vehicle. Very unethical and dishonest behavior. Don't go here!

Worst service in the world and waited 6 days for them to tell me they can't do what said would take a day. Unprofessional and a big waist of time. If you want quality service I recommend you go elsewhere. I had to reach out to get notified on my car after additional days it was there. And forget also told me my car is a piece of shit when it was a infinite and it's only a 2014 q50 model. Do not waste your time here!
