Yasoub Mohammed and Abdul Najim treated me and my family like we have known you guys forever. I've never felt so comfortable at a dealership ever in my life. You guys were so attended to my questions and needs,Always checking up on us and letting me no all updates on everything that was going on. You guys weren't pushy on buying the car. You guys also came out and talked to me and my family about life and not about the car which made me feel safe and at ease that I wasn't getting screwed over and taken advantage of, It made me and my family feel good. You both just made it seem like home. I can't even explain how awesome my experience was. You guys really made it to were I will definitely be referring people and family to you both to buy a car. And I will definitely will be coming back to you both to buy my next car. Thank you for the great experience and making me feel like family and at ease. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work you do!!!

Customer service seems to have decreased in quality. Clear explanation is a luxury they no longer provide. A claim to my extended warranty was denied based on their recommendation for a covered expense on technicalities versus best service practices, despite a safety risk to their loyal customer. I cannot continue to do business with them. They were slow on service and slimy with charges. Jacob the supervisor was unreachable. I would give zero stars if possible.

It was strange to charge us for repairs made to sell the vehicle. Either sell broken at a lower price or fix it and charge the regular price. That expense should always be the dealer’s. The extra charges you wanted to charge us were exorbitant, like $3,500 for a warranty. We agreed on the price and extras and then the contract came back with many extra charges, like $895 gap insurance. This creates a feeling of dishonesty and makes buyers suspicious that they are being taken. If you were straightforward, I would’ve trusted you more. We also weren’t given our documents when we left and this really scared me! You also made us wait three hours for all this and that is way too long . It made the buying experience harrowing. On the positive, your staff was kind and I absolutely LOVE the car!

We don't normally buy used cars from dealerships, but after our experience at Tim Dahle Infiniti we would do it again in the future! We drove from Colorado and probably spent 4 or 5 hours at the dealership looking at the vehicle and thinking it over. They even put the van on the lift to let us look under it. We felt no pressure to make a decision and everyone who helped us, especially John, was honest and genuinely personable.

Brady did a PHENOMENAL job helping make the experience fast, easy and better than expected by at least a mile. I appreciated the help with a couple of extra checks on my car that he and the team helped me out with.Great service and experience!

Updating review after almost 2 years buying my vehicle from here.They give great and awesome service once you're in the dealership to convince you to buy but surely after they could care less.The gap and the "coverage" they promise to keep they don't keep their word. Services that are covered are half a** done. Not to mention if there's a problem or concern you have with your vehicle they don't truly check it.Just like the other review shown they don't and won't do proper maintenance checks. Had gone home having to do it myself and realizing that they didn't bother checking my AC. Stating filter was fine just a bit dirty and got home to it being so bad I had to buy a new one and change it and buy coolant because there was barely any visible left in my vehicle. Also they stated that nothing was wrong with why my AC when they didn't bother making sure and trying to figure out the solution why my air stopped blowing cold and strong. My engine going in was dusty and there was no visible fingerprints anywhere on there showing that they would have checked or replaced any type of fluid that was getting low. I regret getting my vehicle from here and would never recommend anyone to come here as well.Toyota Tim Dahle Murray has always given me great and over the top service. I know my vehicles were always taken care of there and my concerns and issues were always addressed and spoken to me with.

Really awful service. Found the car that my wife wanted and she loved it. While she was driving it the guy was telling her about the features and what the car came with. Which we found out was a lie. He claimed it had AWD, but in fact only had front wheel drive. The sales people kept speaking in a different language, which very suspicious and rude. The only shinning light was the loan office who was very nice. They tacked on a 3k service fee, which was supposed to include oil changes, and a tire rotations for a year. After the 3rd "tire rotation" that my wife had done, I grew suspicious that nothing was being done at all. They destroyed 2 of the locking lug nuts that the car came with, I checked all the tires and the back two were both bald, No tread left. Which told me they, in fact, had not been doing the tire rotations, since the front tires were fine. I assume they could not figure out the locking lugs and just gave up. The problem I have with that is that they didn't tell her they could not do the job, they just told her it was done and sent her on her way. Also checked the oil while I was looking at it. The oil did seem to be changed, but the oil filter was an unknown brand and after talking to people from other dealerships, found out its the cheapest oil filter that they offer. So after replacing all of the lugs and tires, I decided I don't much trust the quality of service of Tim Dahle Infinity. The extra service fee is worthless ,a waste of 3k, and cost me a set of tires.

They were able to diagnose the problem my car had, and fixed it. Really appreciated their service and provided a loaner car while mine was being fixed. Brady McGuire did an excellent job seeing to all my needs and getting the car fixed so I can continue with a trip I had planned.

Engine light was on & I knew a big bill was coming. Thankfully it was a low oil issue since I didn’t drive the car too often over last months. Andy was great to get me on the road with an oil change.

Garrett is THE BEST sales rep I have ever worked with. No pressure, listened to my desire to only test drive today, and then he present an option not on my radar that resulted in a purchase I couldn’t pass up. The whole experience at Tim Dahle has been worth my time invested.

What a great experience! I was hesitant getting repairs at the dealership due to being over sold and someone bugging me about a new car every 5 minutes. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE at Tim Dahle. Andy the service manager was awesome, took great care of me, listened to my concerns and they knew very quickly what was wrong with my car. Andy worked with the warranty company and handled everyrhing for me. I will continue to bring my car here for service. TOTALLY at ease now. Thank you!!

Jane did a great job of taking good care of my car issues. She was friendly and attentive. There was a follow-on issue with a loose wire after I left which prompted my quick return, but 30 minutes later (from the time I discovered the problem to when it was fixed) I was back on the road.
