Victor at Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray was incredible to work with. I went by looked at a few vehicles (Rogue & Sentra) and Victor was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I informed him from the beginning that I was in the market but not in a rush. My oldest son came with me and asked A LOT of questions, and Victor answered every question professionally. If he didn’t know the answer he didn’t pretend that he did, he would simply say “ I don’t have that answer for you, but I will go get it for you”. If I buy a vehicle it will be from Victor. He has earned my respect and my trust.

I just took my vehicle in to Tim Dahl Infiniti in Murray and they looked at my vehicle did nothing and charged me $312. They charge shop fees plus a $250 evaluation plus credit card fees. The part I was going to have fixed is a simple fix and I later discovered it after they gave me back a $5000 repair. Thoroughly not impressed with this company and the customer service. I run several companies and I would never treat my customers this way there’s just sometimes the cost of doing business and these guys will get you coming and going never use them again.

Had controle arms replaced for 3rd time took out tires again ive paid for 3 sets of tires manger told tough luck not responsible for tires even though it was 3rd time controle arms being replaced so im out with in a year of ownership of car 4,800$ the service manager did not blink an eye best he could do is tires at coast and basically 3 sets of tires in a year tough luck better luck burt bros that I bought tires said it should be tim dahle responsibility wich they said other 2 times before

Outstanding service, starting from the lady who answer the phone, then the tech who checked in my car and the other tech who released the car to me.
They ordered an uber for me on round trip.
