Worst car dealer i've ever made the mistake of buying a car from. Purchased a vehicle it was later on a Thursday/Friday. Came back the next day to finalize, and ran it through their free carwash. Water came pouring in through the sunroom. Literally dripping. They claim they can fix it, several days later they say it's fixed. I run it through the car wash, it's still dripping into the car.I ask for a refund, they tried to push me around telling me that they could fix it. Well they already tried, and wasted my time driving back down. While they ultimatly cancelled the purchase, they screwed me out of several days and 500 dollars in "doc fees". I wont be back, and I suggest you not go to them either.

I had a fantastic experience at Tim Dahle Nissan, thanks to Stephen Heylen! He was not only diligent and easygoing but also incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out to me the most was his patience throughout the process. It was refreshing to work with a car salesman who wasn't pushy or aggressive!Stephen took the time to understand my reasons for shopping for a new vehicle and my specific needs. This allowed him to present me with options tailored to my day-to-day use of a car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my experience! Working with Stephen at Tim Dahle Nissan was truly a breath of fresh air, and I highly appreciate the excellent service provided

I enjoy going to Murray Tim Dahle Nissan. I always look for Thor Josh Edson to get information. He is so knowledgeable and willing to talk over terms and ideas. I have gone to Thor for years. I love my car.

We had been to many dealerships shopping around because of the crazy market right now before we came to Tim Dahle Murray. I was a little worried because of some of the other reviews on here. I can't say anything about those but our experience with Stephen Heylen was awesome. He wasn't pushy and was the most honest salesman we had ever dealt with. We ended up buying a car here through Stephen and no hidden costs or anything and finished all the paperwork quickly with an awesome deal. If we are in the area when we buy our next car, we will for sure look for Stephen again because he made it so easy and is trustworthy.

I have been working with Josh to find a new vehicle after my old one blew a head gasket. He was SO HELPFUL, and really desires to serve his clients well. My parents have purchased vehicles from him twice in the past and have had nothing but positive experiences. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Tim Dahle, I would highly recommend you go speak with Josh, he is a salesman that truly cares and will exhaust every possibility to find you exactly the car you are looking for. Thanks Josh!

Josh Thor Edson helped me get into the Subaru of my dreams! He was so helpful, professional, and kind. He explained every step of the process until I was out the door with my car. I feel super secure knowing that I am covered by the Forever Drivetrain Warranty! I am a Tim Dahle customer for life.

I really enjoy coming here for service! The 3 service oil change/maintenance package ended up costing less than what I would pay to buy supplies myself, and my hands get to stay clean. It is a great value! Kyler is a great help in getting services scheduled. Service is always done quickly and satisfactorily.

BBB rating is an F... BUYER BEWARE! If you read the reviews you will see I am not the first person to have the following experience. A price change from the time I saw it online to the time I asked to purchase it. I had the car for the afternoon and when I returned to purchase the $15,900 used vehicle it was marked up $1,600 to $17,500. They denied the upwards price adjustment until i walked into their backroom and saw it on their computer. I spoke with the sales manager and he said until I have negotiated my deal in writing I have no deal. He said this with a straight face...and a smirk. This is only the tip of the iceberg of my conversations with the sales person, finance person and sales manager. I am 65, sxcellent credit ratiing and am a cash buyer. I have purchased many cars and have never felt so slimed by any sales team in my life. Bottom line...run away as fast as you can.

I just bought my 2nd car from Tim Dahle Nissan in Murray. Josh Edson is absolutely fantastic! I talked with him and told him what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. This is the 4th car we have bought from them in the past 4 years for our family. Customer service is amazing, and Josh is always there to ask questions or to help with any concerns you may have! A++ rating! Thanks Tim Dahle and especially thanks Josh! ❤️?

I don't recommend buying a car here. My husband and I bought a used 2021 Nissan Versa here and it was a mess. We were pre-approved through our bank before we even came in, I told the salesmen that I was looking for a car that was between 12-15 grand. He showed us a few in our price range before he showed us the Versa, he said the Versa was 15. We test drove it, liked it, decided to buy it. When we went into the store they said the car was 22. I was only approved for up to 17. They convinced us to still buy the car, and told us they would work it out with our bank. They lowered the price to 18, and told me they absolutely could not go any lower or else they wouldn't make any money on the car. They couldn't finance it the weekend we bought it due to a holiday weekend, so they told us to take the car and reassured us that we could back out if anything went wrong with financing. A week later they called us back in, we sat in the waiting room for over an hour. When we finally talked to the finance guy he told us we were approved and tried to get us to sign papers but it wasnt through our bank. They said our bank wouldn't approve it. At this point my husband and I were frustrated, and I told them we wanted to back out. He took the keys, and when he came back he told us we owed them $190 because the car was "dirty" (it had been raining) and we had put a few miles on it. We didn't have the money at that time and the finance guy said, "Thats fine. We'll just send it to collections." I had to talk to the manager and remind them that they told us we could back out, and only then did he offer to wave the fees. We ended up working it out and going through the other bank because we didnt want to find another car. A month later we hadn't heard anything from them about our plates and our sticker was expiring, so my husband went in to get a new sticker and was there for three hours. They asked us to come back a few days later, and we found out that they hadn't done an emissions on the car and hadn't started on our plates because of it. We didn't get the issue resolved that day because they said their service guys were busy. They asked me to come back the following morning, when I got there they told me it would be less then an hour, it wasnt. I was there for 3 hours before someone told me it was taking longer then expected. They didn't tell me why. I had to ask another sales person what was going on and they told me the service department was busy again. I had my mom come pick me up and on our way home, they called and said it was done. They still wouldn't give me a replacement sticker. They advised that if I got pulled over I should just tell the cop I was still waiting on plates.TLDR: They showed us a car that was in our price range but when we went to buy it was not at all in our price range, they could not work out prices with our bank as promised and tried to make us sign paperwork without making that clear, they did not do an emissions before selling the car to us, they did not call to tell us there was a problem with ordering our plates, and they wasted our time multiple times even when we had appointments.

When you buy a car at Tim Dahle Nissan, they add a service package to the deal that gives you oil changes for a year. it sounds like a good deal, but DON'T DO IT! I bought a used ram truck from them. I am happy with the truck, but not the service from the dealership. I showed up for my oil change appointment and was informed it would take 2 1/2 hours because they don't keep the oil filter in stock. they send someone to go and get a filter after you show up for the appointment. I asked if they could get the filter ahead of time, and I could reschedule the appointment for another day. They said no.

I recently bought a new car from here. It was the first time I have ever purchased new and I was very excited about it. Our sales guy was okay. He was nice but failed to go over different cars, packages, and upgrades. I tried to get in touch with them later about this and never heard back. I was sold the extended warranty and was promised a window tint. The experice to schedule the window tint was terrible. I couldn't get anyone to call me back, they ended up sending me to an autoshop in a sketchy part of town but gave me the wrong appointment time so I had to wait there for 2 hours for someone to help me and they didn't even do what I had asked. Shortly after, I had an issue with a tire, I called the dealership to ask about warranties since my tire had popped. I have about 2000 miles on the car and everywhere I went told me I needed to buy all 4 new tires. I understand that's protocol but having a new car I was hoping the dealership would help me out. I called service and could not get through to anyone. I called my sales guy and I got a text back saying "hello" and even after explaining through text what was going on and asking if we could schedule a call I never heard back. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the sales rep (Josh) was a genuine good dude who unfortunately works under god awful management. Josh and I came to a deal on a used vehicle (which he went and checked with his manager for) Once I made it back to the finance guy AFTER 3 HOURS the vehicle was all of the sudden $1500 more expensive. And after I pointed it out they still refused to honor the price agreed upon and wanted to charge me $500+ extra. Business full of snakes and conmen who will try their best to sneakily milk every extra dollar they can out of you. Not only do these people not care about their customers, they also don't honor their word for the sake of making more off commission. If you are unwise enough to do business with them, proceed with caution, they will try to make you pay more than they say you will. About 4 years ago I bought an Altima from Tim Dahle (Bountiful) and had a great experience, it's a shame that their standards have dropped so far over the years.Side note: I had the SAME experience with Tim Dahle Infiniti 2 days prior, except instead of jacking the price $1500, it went up almost $3,000 over the agreed price! I would stay away from Tim Dahle entirely, clearly someone in the hiring department has very poor judgement.

We took our Frontier pickup in for some warranty work. One of the items which needed to be replaced was the alternator. After having our vehicle for three weeks, we got a call telling us that they couldn’t get a replacement part, because Nissan wasn’t providing them with any. So, we contacted an independent business and provided the service department with a used alternator to get our truck fixed faster. After 4 days, my husband got a call from the service department explaining that they had the work completed, but discovered that “an apprentice” had thrown out the drive shaft from our truck while cleaning up. They said they would order a new one at no cost to us and we would have our truck back in a couple of days. That was two weeks ago and we still don’t have our truck back. I feel as if I’m sticking my neck on the line posting this before I get my truck back, but I am completely fed up with the excuses. My truck has been in their shop for three months. The common complaint I see as I read the reviews from others, is they never receive updates on their vehicles unless they go to the center in person. I will agree that this has been our experience. I can’t help but laugh to read the response from the dealership, when they say, “Please call us and let us make it right.” Shouldn’t they be the ones calling to make “it” right?

We went in looking at one type of vehicle and ended buying something we never imagined. It was a good experience at a dealership but what made it better was our salesman… Stephen! When you think of a used car salesman, imagine the opposite and you will have Stephen. He was so transparent and laid everything out for us. We really believe he had our back and was on our side! Thanks for making it a great experience.
