I’ve been coming to TNT for years and years. I’ve loved it because of how nice the facility is. The guy working there Patrick has ruined it for me. My buddy and I waited for 20 minutes for a lane which was totally fine. We were called up to start and waited another 20 minutes because the system was having issues.
Patrick came over and told me that I had a bunch of extra charges in my name from my last session such as a fully automatic gun rental, a .50 cal rental and some other things, that I never paid. I have never rented a .50 cal and only have rented a fully auto gun maybe 6 years prior to my recent visit (I’ve been 20 times since then and that was 100% paid for). He said that if it’s still in the system next time I come and it hasn’t been paid I’ll have to pay it (in a rude tone and manner). I’ve paid for everything I’ve ever purchased from TNT. I’m not the type of guy that would need to steal something.
The other guy just told me it was a system issue, not my fault and Patrick never apologized or said anything. The other guys were really nice and easy to work with.
When we got down into the lane almost immediately he came in very rudely and told us we have to take our guns out of our bags and holsters in front of the red line. He was enforcing a rule that I can’t blame him for. It was just the way he did it, it was super rude and I’ve never been yelled at by an employee there before.
I’m not upset about you guys enforcing the rules, I’m upset with you telling me I’m stealing from the business. Get off your high horse. It seems like your business gets someone rude working there every once in a while and ruins it for customers. Hire nicer people.

Really awesome range with lots of options for rentals and ammo. Whether it’s rifle, handgun, or shotgun, everything has a private booths. We came for clays and on a Saturday mor big we were the only ones using the clay range. It was a bit slow, with a sixty second wait between rounds. The staff was really nice and the prep and wash room was a really nice value.

rent clay pigeon range for 30 minutes. i was still preparing my stuff but they started the timer anyway… so i started at 26 minute timer. it sucks because clay pigeon has a 60seconds start time and like 50 seconds between the next throw. some guy at the front desk said they give shooters 5minutes to prepare then the timer starts… i dont see that rule posted anywhere in the pigeon clay range area..so im thinking this guy is making up stuff. timer should start when you press start. it is cheating on paying customers but hey, i didnt argue anymore all i know now is not to use this range ever again. you guys may have a nice looking range but the way you people treat paying customers sucks.

First time here and this place is legit! Spent a couple hours on their indoor 100 yard range. You have your own range room to shoot 0-100 yards, fully adjustable to any distance with electronic control. The range itself is pretty unique. It’s a long concrete tube shaped range. Haven’t seen anything like it before but I love that it’s your own space without any other shooters so you can really focus on what you want to do. Don’t bring any steel core ammo as it’s not allowed. Can’t wait to come back to try a burger! 5/5

This place is amazing. The staff, especially Patrick, is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help you with all your gun needs. Whether buying a gun or other shooting equipment, teaching and training, or helping troubleshoot problems, these guys are a go-to. The atmosphere is modern and updated, with a delicious burger just feet away.

Their handwashing station is worth the price of admission alone! The staff here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and take safety very seriously seriously without being jerks about it.

I went shooting with my adult sons here. For a birthday experience. it was great. Very clean, and very professional. Safety is on display at all times. We shot rifles provided by TNT. And we also shot a machine gun! That was a fabulous experience!

This place is the best every time I go. This year I sighted in the wrong gun it was broken. Realized it and told the operations manager. He told me come back and they will take care of me. They sure did! I went back with a very new gun thay was not sighted in good. I tried my best and it started being weird. The boys who worked there helped me. We found out my sightings were opposite of what they said. They helped me sight my gun in, helped me out with ammo, cleaning the gun, and everything for free. After having already done this with another gun a few days prior with a friend. Saved me a lot of money in ammo and range time so I can go hunting.
