I like this hotel. I've stayed here on three different occasions. The front desk host was helpful the first two times and was on top of the service. The third time was rather lackluster. It felt as if we were inconveniencing her that we are checking in.
The room didn't have a remote control. The same front desk host said she may have an extra, but we would have to go downstairs to grab it from her. The light in the closet vanity also wasn't working, which did impact the quality of our stay because I use that mirror as opposed to the higher bathroom mirror.
Breakfast is decent. Just a typical continental breakfast, including fruit, yogurts, oatmeal, eggs, bagels, and other items.
Aside from the service that one time and the room missing some functionalities, I will still be booking my rooms with them.

We recently stayed overnight. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was very nice. We stayed in a room with a full refrigerator with an icemaker. It has a stove top and dishwasher. It comes equipped with all you need. At first, the air conditioning wasn't working very well, but it finally cooled off. We are going back next month when I have surgery. We will be there for 3 days. The coffee was really good. Some Marriott brand hotels don't have good coffee. They had 1/2 and 1/2 too. A nice mix of food for breakfast. Really cold milk. That's the best!

Awesome spot to relax for an evening before we took back off on the road to Chicagoland. Hot tub and Pool were clutch, and the laundry machines were a necessity to get all our clothes home clean !
Fire pit was even better.

Great hotel with excellent amenities. Full kitchen amenities are really nice and convenient. One biggest drawback is the AC in the room. At night, the AC would turn off automatically after not detecting motion. The room would get really stuffy and hot. The only way to get the AC back on again is to walk or get motion in front of the thermostat. I can understand the concept of saving energy during the day and people are away, but it is a huge inconvenience at night. Having to get up to click on the thermostat every 3-5 minutes just to get the AC going is not very convenient. After above 1:30 AM, the AC would stay on permanently overnight. So, good luck trying to go to sleep before that time. I’ve heard other guests complain about the same problem during breakfast. One even called maintenance to fix the problem only to have the same issue the following night with temperature reaching up to 82 in the room. I hope the hotel looks into this and fix the problem.

One of our go to spots to stay while in town. Rooms have cozy beds, good AC, and bathtubs. One of the better fitness centers I’ve seen at a hotel. Good service and very clean

Checked in for 12 minutes. Had to leave back home because wife said she might be going into labor. They refused to refund the room. All we did was sit on the couch.
Rate was outrageous. 200+ for one room. I usually stay at my friend's hotel and he gives me a larger room for 170 after fees and tax.
The employees are nice but not well dressed, so this is a reflection on the manager and owners. Townplace hotels are the same in every state. Do not stay here.

Room is clean.Main bed is comfy.Pull out is terrible.Shower is a walk in with no door so water sprays all over the floor.Pool and whirlpool are clean and working order.Breakfast is ehhh wish there were better options.Staff was not the warmest people.Getting a late check-out was like pulling teeth when the hotel had plenty of open rooms.Had house keeping banging on the door at 9 when check out is not till 12Getting out of the parking lot is a maze.Best part about it was how close it was to the hospital.

My daughter was in the hospital just a few blocks away from the hotel. I stayed nearly a month, February - March 2024. The room was well taken care of. I can't say enough about the front desk people who were always friendly and helpful . If you are looking for a great place, convenient to the hospital, I recommend this one.

We had to find a place to stay after a traumatic accident put my son in ICU in the IHC hospital across the street. We got the week medical rate. It was so nice to have such a wonderful place to regroup and rest. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the fruit infused water that was available throughout the day. Everyone was very friendly. The housekeeping had our room perfectly ready for us when we returned from the hospital each evening. The beds were comfortable. Thank you so much for being there and so wonderful amidst our family crisis. Much appreciated!!!!

A member of maintenance was awkwardly watching children in the lobby during a birthday party. Children should be able to enjoy a party without being watched. He also let the n word slip, management didn’t care about either. Yikes! Please be aware before considering this place.
