My husband got a shirt from this store, and it kept getting snags, which was really disappointing given the price and the quality we expected. This actually happened twice, so we had decided we probably wouldn’t shop here again.
When I went back to the Fashion Place location, Mark Anthony was so kind and understanding. He went above and beyond to make things right and assured me that what happened wasn’t the norm. His exceptional service honestly won our business back. Thank you, Mark!

I have to say that bringing back Store Clerk Mark Anthony is a huge addition to this store. The guy is absolutely friendly and knows how to manage a store. He leads by example and the other employees seem to follow his work ethics.

I’ve been a long-time customer, but unfortunately, the quality of the pants seems to have gone down recently. The material feels thinner and not as durable as it used to be. I’m disappointed because I used to really like this brand, all my family knows that I want my Christmas present to be from this store however this is the exact same pants I buy every time please see the picture to know what happened after the first use and wash. Every years the price raises for the same product by about $10 and quality went down. $140 not worth it anymore

Last year I started visiting the TravisMathew store at Fashion Place prior to going to Nordstrom. And pretty soon I didn't even need to go to Nordstrom for much. It's not just golf clothes anymore. You can find shirts, pants, shoes, and of course shorts and other golf apparel.

I wanna give it a one for the rude customer service we received yesterday the 4 th of Jan I picked up a shirt accidentally grabbed 2 one fell to the ground. The Women working , hurried and picked it up and told us how disrespectful, how they frown upon that .. c’mon lady totally un intentional . Needless to say we didn’t dare pick anything else . She followed us around making us feel uncomfortable. That we left . Don’t see myself returning.
The clothes I would give a 5 star we liked them a lot the feel , the style all great . But due to the rudeness we decided not to buy anything .

I bought a pair of open to close pants and they pilled after i wore them three times. I washed them in cold water and hung dried them. worst piece of clothing i have ever bought.

I can’t remember having a better shopping experience anywhere else as I have at Travis Matthew’s. We stopped by most recently on a Saturday and they were busy but that didn’t stop them from providing the best customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a retail team so well versed in customer service ever. Everything about the experience was amazing, even my four year old daughter is asking when we can go back.
They have amazing selection of men’s and women’s apparel, from polos to skirts to golf dress to swim trunks.

my husband and i came shopping here for his birthday and had the best experience. david and Ava were so helpful and we ended up getting way more than we planned. they told us about the rewards program which saved us some money and we are stoked about our new clothes.

I can't say enough good things about Logan at Travis Mathew in Fashion Place. Not only was he extremely helpful, gave great suggestions...he made me feel totally at ease with every purchase I've made. Absolutely top notch and he's made me a Travis Mathew fan. I'm pretty much converting my entire wardrobe to Travis Mathew now! Many thanks!
