My husband and I are very amazed with the outcome of the grooming they performed to our baby Dodong. Aside from being so handsome, he also left the hotel very happy after we boarded him for couple days! I can really tell that that Unleashed team really loved & took care of him very well! They earned our trust and they are going to be the second home of my baby! ❤️ ???Thank you for your warm welcome!

The groomer was very nice and did a great job with our dog. However, There was a 2 hour delay with our cut and when I asked why, the manager was very rude and had the attitude of “sorry, not my problem,” he also complained about it being busy when I asked him for a discount because of the delay, after he charged my card without my approval. The communication is sub-par, and they said it took a while for our haircut because we were supposedly a walk in and other people had an appointment. We did have an appointment, and we had to wait an extended period of time because of poor communication.

Unleashed Dog Hotel is amazing to work with! The pre-test they do before daycare or boarding reassured it’s a safe place for dogs to go. Our dog stayed for a week and they took the best care, and provided emotional and verbal support. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I really was hoping for better results. We had taken one of our now decreased dogs to this place and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Ever since we brought our Keeshond to this place, it has been nothing but problems. We brought her here for a groom. The groomer cut her skin and told us that she would likely need stitches but blamed our dog even though she doesn't exhibit agressive behavior?? After she had informed us she had been fired from this organization (shocking), we thought we would give them a second chance with this new groomer. Well, our dog came home with a rash all over her stomach and genitals. She wouldn't interact with us at all after we picked her up. She seemed extremely sad and distant which is abnormal for her. I don't know what is going on at this facility but nope, you just lost a customer for good.

Everyone gave great customer service and were kind and loving toward my dog, and he was happy when I picked him up.
