My husband loves this place, it doesn't matter what shirt you grab the fit is exactly the same so there's no guessing and having to try everything on. The length is perfect, the fit is always perfect. This is definitely my husband's favorite shirt shop.

I am giving them a 1 because they have NOT refunded my money from a return. I bought my husband a shirt on June 14, it wasn't the right fit. Returned it June 15. When I bought the shirt, they said their system was OFFLINE. Then, when I returned it, they said their system was OFFLINE. But it was still not processed back to my card. I called the next week, and they said wait until June 29 because that would be 10 business days. When I chatted in, they said it was processed.. IT IS NOT! The rep said she wanted to have a "supervisor" look at it and get back to me but couldn't tell me how long it would take. UNACCEPTABLE! The $100 isn't even the issue. The terrible business practice of being offline, not processing funds back to FOP, and lack of follow-up is!

purchased 3 shirts one had defects bleeding on the sleeve and front tail. didn’t notice until it was washed. Try to return the shirt for the same as replacement and associate Sam said they would not exchange the shirt? Poor customer service would never recommend Murray untuckit!! stay away

Seriously STELLAR customer service. I hate shopping for clothes, I hate being approached by salespeople, but this was seriously the best and easiest shopping experience I’ve ever had. They took the time to find me the right size and style, were very easy going and didn’t seem bothered at all to open a zillion packages to find me the right shirt.

I've been avoiding UNTUCKit, mainly because I find the concept a tad corny even though I do wear my short sleeved shirts untucked. But my wife got me some shirts for father's day that were just slightly off in size, so I made an appointment to go in. I appreciate that I was able to get some reserved time with someone to find the right fit, though he managed to get me exactly the right fit first try so maybe an appointment was overkill? Then again, is skill of a salesperson ever a bad thing? Probably not. Anyway, it was nice to browse what they had, though the concept of looking and not trying on was a little weird. I have trouble mentally envisioning how a shirt will look on me. But, I can't complain with the results of some nice short-sleeved shirts that look great, feel great, and fit great. I shall certainly be giving them a look again when I need more shirts.

Love this place! Just know that it's in fashion place mall, not this random address. Great quality shirts. Go in and get fitted, you won't regret it
