In the past I have had decent customer service, today I had trouble with a code, I asked what i should do, she said go to Amazon. I went to Amazon and asked what do I need to tell them, she then stated to go to Amazon, which I had. She called me rude because I didn't listen to her, she also refused to give me her name. Worst service ever from her. Her coworker however, a young man, was very helpful. If you can't be good at customer service, then don't be in customer service woman working Monday with dark hair.

Went in for their notary service and to send a package. They were very quick and helpful. I didn't catch her name, but the woman with black hair was kind and helpful!

They charged me to box Amazon purchases even though the app says UPS will pack and ship my returns. I won’t be returning to this location which is unfortunate because they had always had great service before.

I have never had an issue with this location until this last month. I went in a few weeks ago for an Amazon return. I asked the lady if she needed the box my return was in. She snapped at me and told me I could discard the box in a dumpster that was in the parking lot.I went in last week with another Amazon return. She became inpatient with me as I had more than one return. She had a scowl on her face the entire time I was there. I can guarantee that I will no longer use this location. There is no reason for her to be as hateful as she was. There was another customer who came in at the same time I did. The employee was just as nasty with her.From reading other reviews from unsatisfied customers, it looks like the owner is all about pointing fingers instead of understanding what the issues may be.August 09, 2023What is sad, is the fact that you hire people that have 0 customer service skills. She obviously hates her job. All anyone needs to do, is to read your responses to unsatisfied customers to know what a tool you are.

This place sucks. Do not trust them to package or ship anything. I took in a fairly large, heavy object to be shipped via USPS. They agreed to package it for $35. Well, it was returned by the post office several days later because it tore open due to flimsy packaging. I (stupidly) took it back to them and asked them to make it right. They refused, but said they could package it in sturdier packaging for $85 dollars. I asked if they could actually do the job and the extremely rude lady said "you'll get what you get." What? Well the package was returned again, this time because the box they used exceeded the size requirements set by USPS. Shouldn't you understand those limitations as a packing and shipping company? I wasn't stupid enough to take it back a third time. Don't waste your time or money with these clowns.Thanks for the response, Josh. The person who dropped off the fan was my husband, and yes, the oil was drained. We've shipped several with other companies and never had an issue. Perhaps if it hadn't been shipped on it's side, in a flimsy box, it wouldn't have been an issue. What's your excuse for the second return? Can I get my $85 back?

Went in here and Deedee was beyond friendly and helpful! I’m new to selling things on eBay and figured I’d come here first before the post office. Was a 10/10 in customer service. You have a stellar employee right here! Thank you Deedee!
