Props to the staff for putting up with the customers that bring 10 bags of clothes in just before closing time. They’re super nice about it and get things done quick as possible. No stars for the customers who do that. Shame on you people.

Went here dressed as a femboy. I bought a skirt, a dress, and a purple shirt. The staff is femboy friendly. I went a second time and bought a yellow dress.

Hi, I am an old woman and very used to being treated badly by clerks, but, not at UPTOWN! The girls were so nice and spoke up when they could tell I couldn’t hear them. Thank them for making my day!

I was followed around the whole time being treated like I was going to steal something by a red head named Boston and than lied to by a manager named Hannah when I asked for the girls name. She told me they don’t give out names.

I went to find a pair of jeans and I’m hard to fit short legs etc. I found a pair that fit great and no hemming needed. Plus I thought I might get a cute top or two if I could find something, and I came away with five! 🙂

My daughter worked very hard to put baskets of top of the line clothing and shoes into this store she was so excited to earn some money they girls that work here are the most stuck up rude girls ever they barley looked at my daughter clothes threw them all back in her bin said they weren’t good enough they only sale things directly from the mall which makes zero sense !! Hire new staff that have customer service! We will never ever go here again it’s like mean girls if he high running this store 🤮

Terrible experience selling clothes here. Walked in, immediately rude. Impatient, condescending, and I’ve used their restroom before and they said they didn’t have a bathroom I could use. Terrible buyback. Other uptowns would have given me like double. Not the best experience. Also they’re buying back hollister not Lulu lol.. Never again.
