Great experience here! I was looking in purchasing my first car and was about to purchase a car here, but was sold before I could get it. But Leo was very nice and let me know of another car coming in that matched what I was looking for and even let me know ahead of time when it arrived so I could be first to check it out. Was able to drive it, get it checked out with a pre-purchase inspection and everything came out well and clean! I had all my questions answered and came out as a new car owner. Would recommend coming here again

Bought a car 6 months ago from them. We had our mechanic check it out and it was put together well (being a rebuilt title). Service was great and they addressed our concerns. We have loved the car! Would consider buying here again.

Three years ago I bought my SUV from Urban Auto. I thank the staff and especially Leo for giving me the opportunity to purchase an excellent car that I still have and to which I have never had to make repairs, for an exceptionally good price and service. Highly recommended this place and its cars.

Do not buy from this place! The guy is a creep and tried to use a car sale to hook up and meet my daughter. After I told him no to a rebuilt title car he messaged my daughter agin to talk more with her. She told him no and she has a boyfriend. He messaged back and asked to meet up with her. He has been reported! I don't want anyone else getting trapped with this guy.

Didn’t know that when you try to buy a car and get told no buy a women that you have to use cars to try to hook up with women that told you that they have a boyfriend I would not recommend this creep if that’s how you run a business

I bought a car from here last December and would definitely recommend the place. The car I bought was in great condition and the owner of the dealership knows his stuff and is honest. He is easy to talk to and happy to lend you a hand. I brought the car back to him a few months later for a problem with the Heating/AC system. He didn’t have to help me but he was happy to do so. He fixed it and gave me a great deal on the price. I highly recommend getting a car from here if you’re in the market and will recommend buying from here to my friends!

I have purchased 2 cars from Urban Auto (Leo) and have been happy with both purchases. One was Ford Fiesta, which to this day has had no problems. Still looks like a brand new car. The other was a Toyota Rav 4. We had problems with the air conditioner and Leo resolved the issue. He is honest and a genuinely nice person. You can't beat Urban Auto and Leo, for a used car!!

Mixed feelings writing this review… purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester 60k miles from Urban Auto less than a week ago. Already have had to pay 3k $ worth of repairs on the vehicle!!! Feel blind sided after I took the car out for an extensive test drive and had all my questions answered and was reassured the vehicle was in good shape. I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with it until about two days after I had bought it. If you know your cars and can spot abnormal stuff hiding under the hood feel free to take the risk and purchase a vehicle from urban auto..Update : Leo was fantastic at resolving the situation! Thank you urban auto!! 5 stars!
