He and his Staff ( Family) are always happy to give me a loan on anything I've brought in and have given me more than fair pricing on anything they buy from me. Super friendly and professional, gave me a great price on my silver and I was in and out within like 10 minutes. These folks have definitely earned a regular customer right here!
I cannot recommend Urban highly enough.
For all my myriad vocabulary I cannot express my satisfaction working with these guys.
I almost never give 5-star reviews but they 110% earned this one!

I went to Urban Pawn to try and sell some platinum. Although we didnt come to transaction taking place, the owner gave a very fair price. I would have taken the deal. (It really was great offer) The reason for me not continuing with the sale is because I had a friend offer to give me damn near spot price and just hold the platinum until I was able to repay the money. I will definitely be sure to revisit for any future situations i need services of a company in such trade, URBAN PAWN, not going to find a better payoff for your items elsewhere. Also loved the friendly bamter and joking from the owner as well. Sll the staff had great and professional attitudes. When first going inside I was a bit taken back. A lot of unique and odd items yet also Great selection of power tools in newer/slightly used condition for CHEAP!!! By far the best prices on tools I've ever seen for the quality if the product.

I just sold my ring here just now, and I was really impressed with the service here.
I'm not sure if the man who helped me was the owner or not, but he had owner confidence for sure.
They offered me more than I was expecting for my ring, and I was very happy to do business with them. I will be coming here in the future for sure!

Bought a pair of Jordan Retro 4’s from these guys. When I bought they were in the original box and was told they check every shoe for authenticity through legit sources. After going to do a trade with another collector Poizon comes back no good so I pay for Check Check and they come back fake as well………I take the shoes back(with receipt) to these guys, tell them what happened and they tell me they can’t do anything for me because I could have switched the shoes for fakes……pretty laughable. Wouldn’t even give me a credit towards something else. Obviously sketchy stuff going on here. Too bad I’ve been telling everyone to go see these guys because of the good selection. Well I’m telling everyone now, go somewhere else! Scam, Scam, Scam!!!
UPDATE…..The response that was given for the initial review is very inaccurate. I was not told to check when bought, actually the opposite, “we check all shoes for authenticity”. The method of authentication this shop says they use is the exact same as the two authentication sources that say the shoes are fake. These two reputable sources would not change their standards for authenticating in a six month period. It’s ridiculous to think otherwise. I also tried to give this shop the opportunity to make this right by giving me in store credit towards different shoes and was told it wasn’t possible. An honest company would have taken me up on that immediately to save their reputation. The fact that their attitude was “ya we know you’re right, but we aren’t going to do anything about it” speaks volumes to how they view and treat their customers.

These guys are super nice and even handled my cracks about how my favorite pawn shops are the ones that are slightly shady with decorum and grace. Definitely a place I'll go back to to see what they have in freshly, and people that I'm comfortable doing business with. (No this place isn't shady. I just have a dark sense of humor)

As a marketing professional for the past 40 years I have been in and out of many Pawn Shops. Most are extremely dirty, dark, unkept and give the feeling of a low class, unsafe and dishonest environment.I came across this business merely by accident by doing a Google search and being led to it, as I was running out of time to take some jewelry to the place I have sold to for many years.They say first impressions are lasting impressions. Here were mine:To my surprise the entry door was secured and locked with a buzzer needed to allow entry which immediately gave me a sense of safety. Secondly, as I entered I was greeted with a very sincere and respectful greeting of “hello sir” by a well dressed young man who obviously took great pride in his job and the business he represented. I gazed around and noticed instantly that this wasn’t your normal “Pawn Shop.”It was clean, neat, well stocked, organized and I could tell a lot of detail and time had been put into it.I asked the young man behind the counter his age due to the fact that you don’t see young people these days dressed so nice and acting so respectful.I soon learned that his name was Devon and that his father was the owner. While I was there (and prior to meeting his father) Devon was extremely knowledgeable and very honest with me. A few minutes later I met his father Ryan and could tell that this father had done an EXCELLENT job raising his son.Both we engaging and very helpful. I was expecting to be asked when I walked in the same question that every Pawn Shop always asks whenever you go in trying to sell them something.That question being “what are you trying to get for it?”This inter reaction was absolutely opposite. Both were very professional, thorough and polite prior, during and following our transaction.Ryan was also very well dressed and proud of the business that he had built.Not only was I paid full honest value for each of my items but the feeling of being in a safe and secure environment while I was doing business there was very valuable to me.If you would like a well run, honest, respectful, safe, organized, well stocked store to buy and sell at please give this business a try.I look forward to my next experience there. Other “Pawn Shops” need to take a lesson from this business on how to run one correctly.If I could leave them 10 STARS I would. Because they deserve it!Thanks again, Greg Hall

This pawn shop has changed a lot, used to be more welcoming. You have to ask to come in by pressing a door bell, and I had to wait a couple of minutes to be let out because of their magnetic door lock. They also need to circulate some fresh air into the shop, air was thick with what I could only think may have been someone using a vape product.
