I was helped immediately by a young gentleman. They had the phone in-stock in the color I wanted. Everything was explained to me and he made sure I understood it all. I would highly recommend this store.

A few days ago my partner came in with the new phone that I purchased for her. All she needed was to shut off her service with her old phone and transfer her phone # to the new phone. Somehow the guy working the front managed to not only fail at transferring the number over but shut the service off for the new phone that I purchased, added a random device to my account, and made my payment go from $150 to ***$1,500****. She stayed there for 2 hours trying to resolve it, ended up having me race over to try and assist the situation, and the worker told us “sorry we can’t fix it you have to come back tomorrow”. I’ve debated on making a review but since I’ve recently transferred from T-Mobile this has left me pretty livid. Transferring a phone number should be the easiest part of your job. Please retrain your employees, and if this was a manager - dear god go somewhere else.

Not a “Corporate” location. They will mess your account up.
I “upgraded” my new phone last October. It was a new employee training so I was patient. But now 7 months later something seemed off so I tried to figure it out. The last month I have been in to the store multiple times to just get the run around from them to go to “corporate” store an then sent back. The manager said he “sent a fix in” over a 2 weeks ago.
My account is still a mess and seems like nobody can fix it. I’m not gonna keep over paying when you guys messed up.

A couple of weeks ago on a Monday I walked in the store two different times and was not acknowledged by the staff. The first time, there were two staff that were helping people and they didn’t look up to even say: “hello, we’ll be with you in just a minute.” The second time there were three other people waiting and they didn’t look acknowledge them and ask what they were in for and discussed who was next in line but didn’t acknowledge me. I felt this was very poor service. I was looking for an iPhone 16 pro and ended up buying it from the Apple Store.

We were there a good amount of time. Our customer service (Justin) was great and helped trouble shoot any issue my 2 boys would have. Which is invaluable for a single non tech savy mom! Thank you!

Unfortunately understaffed. There is a grand total of 1 employee working. While he is helpful, he cannot tend to the whole store. Was there to buy a phone after waiting 30 mins chose to leave.

Absolute scam artists.
The representative told me that my trade-in would cover the cost of my new phone - this seemed too good to be true, but I was switching from another carrier and they assured me that this was standard.
8 months later, I'm paying full price for my phone. Not only did it not cover the cost, I haven't received a trade-in value whatsoever. I've contacted Verizon, but there isn't a confirmation email with the trade-in number, nothing. Pretty sure the guy just took my phone for his own personal profit.

I transferred my carrier to Verizon today at this location, and also got a new phone. They charged me for $220 service fee, didn't give a receipt, and when I asked they said they'll email it to me. I never received a receipt in my email, and couldn't reach back to the store by phone so I called Verizon customer service for this and they said they don't see a charge or any note in the system regarding my service. Also, the total monthly payment of $155 for my all devices which they told me turned out to be $327 in my online account. And when I saw the Google reviews, I saw many people with the same issues. I'll be in pursuit of this!

Customer Service rep was professional, polite and patient. The time he spent helping my mom understand her new phone was amazing and so appreciated. He worked well after the store closed and took his time to make sure we had everything before we walked out. His attitude was amazing!! Thanks for the positivity!!!
