We are so grateful to work with working Volo Freight Brokers and theis customers as they always care about carriers. We have done a load with them and we faced a little problem on it :) but our broker ( Jesse Duran ) assisted and helped us to solve that problem as soon as possible . We always appriciate the brokers like him. I look forward to booking good loads with them.

I have been hauling freight for Volo freight brokers for almost a year now. I work with Carter every time and he makes it such an easy and awesome experience. He always checks up on you and makes sure you can load and deliver hassle free. I highly recommend with him and Volo. Carter truly takes care of his drivers.

Do NOT recommend doing business with this company. Wasted time by booking a load with them only to have them cancel on us while the driver was near the drop off location, we saw the load was reposted at a lower rate after the it was canceled.

Good reviews must be employed or friends of this company. Tried booking a load for them to send me out and cancel then proceed to repost the load at a lower rate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

We booked a load with Jeremy. On the conf was appointment for 11 AM, when the driver arrived at delivery the appointment was for 3 PM. I called receiving to tell them that we have appointment at 11 and they told me NO WE MAKE APPT WITH BROKER FOR 3PM. I was trying to get broker on the phone like 100 times but no one is answering still waiting for someone to answer phone call and tell I'm sorry for lying to you guys but it is PA and we know that no one would take load delivering 3PM on east coast. This is so unprofessional from their side.
