Stellar customer service! We bought a Precision River distiller from them, and we’ve been very happy with it. Unfortunately, after several months a minor electrical component failed. It was a Panasonic relay, and although the failure rate of relays is very, very low, it can happen in any device that uses relays.I have to say that my experience getting it taken care of was absolutely first rate! It was very easy to get the right person on the phone (Mitch) and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mitch decided a call to the factory was in order, and he set that up so they were expecting my call. Jo Ann and Jeff at the factory were, like Mitch, patient, kind, and very helpful. Obviously neither Water Specialties (dealer) or Precision (factory) get very many service calls, because it’s so easy to get them on the phone and they are so willing to spend as much time as needed to help you. The needed part was shipped to me immediately, no charge.

My understanding of excellent customer service is “service that exceeds the customer’s expectations.” The Water Specialties folks not only exceeded my expectations, but they left my expectations standing in the dust. They went way beyond. They were great.
They have an excellent product, they have excellent packaging, they have excellent service. (Mitch and Chris were great to work with.)
Please: If you have water needs, talk to these people. Not only will you not be disappointed, you’ll be delighted.

Water specialties has provided excellent service at my work for years. I had them replace the soft water system at my house. Brady and Aaron provided amazing service and knowledge. The system is great and the water is soft. Thank you.

Best water in town. Their spring water tastes like melted snow. I recommend them for their at home/office needs with water stations. Plus they service all my water needs including DI and distilled

Was referred to Water Specialties by a friend who spoke glowingly of them. I had a new water softener and reverse osmosis system installed, and am very happy with the product and service provided. The technician took time to answer my many questions and install the system to my specifications and preferences. Additionally they were much more affordable than certain other quotes I got.

We have had some problems with our water system. It was installed by another company and hooked directly to our sewer line. For about 3 years we experienced gastrointestinal symptoms and our dog almost died when we discovered this not-to-code hook up. Brady and his company came in and have been helping above and beyond to fix the problem and help us return to normal health in conjunction with our physician. Brady and his co-workers are well trained true professionals and the only company in Utah that battles commercial and domestic contaminants or will install a new home system for you at a reasonable cost and consider safety as a priority. Of the 4 Master Water Specialists in Utah (soon to be 5), only 1 does not work for Water Specialties. As an RN, whose primary concern is the health and well being of all, I can recommend no other company for your domestic or commercial needs. Their dedication, consideration, communication, and honesty is beyond reproach. I am deeply grateful to Brady, Mitch, and all for their compassion and work ethic.

Unfortunately I took another opportunity making more money but I worked for them for a short period. Brady is a nice boss workers such as Erin were helpful. Job is simple put water here leave with water jug. Overall good work experience

I highly recommend Water Specialties for any of your water system needs. We had a water softener installed and Brady who helped me get set up with the right system I needed for my home was very knowledgeable and helpful. The scheduling was quick and their quoted price for me was very good compared to other places. The installer who put the system in was also very helpful and did the work to a very high standard. Can't thank them enough for doing such a great job!

I purchased a water softener and filtration system from Water Specialites and have been very happy with the whole experience. Brady was great to work with and very knowledgable. He was able to answer all my questions. They were able to schedule my install to meet my needs. The installation was great and their installer was very professional and explained what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a quality water system.
