I love visiting this branch. Luis, Ashley, Colleen and the rest of the staff here are wonderful. Always very helpful and friendly. Will keep coming back as long as they allow me to. Haha save some coins for me!

A $400 withdrawal was approved from my mom’s account from this ATM. She didn’t do & we’re still disputing this transaction that WAS NOT authorized. I thought that banks were supposed to make our money safe. Once this is resolved, we’re closing the account. Bunch of criminals!Update: called for the 4th time today & they are still affirming that there was no mistake, we should be getting a callback by Monday. The CS & their investigation team is very unprofessional.Since their claim department has not done proper investigation and keep denying my request, I have filed a claim with Better Business Bureau. WF’s rating is F, which I’m not surprised, while Chase Bank has A+.

I waited approximately 25 minutes for a cashier’s check. There was no customer ahead of me in the line but one customer was being helped. At one point there were 4 representatives behind the counter not assisting customers. This was at 2:25 pm — not lunch. Poor service, poor time management.

for normal things I have no problems here. but when I have something specific, then it gets complicated.
wanted to open up and discuss a Roth IRA so I made an appointment - banker tells me he's not authorized to talk about it and the guy im looking for is at another branch. says he will call me and we can do it over the phone.
they never called me, so I put my money elsewhere.

Had to yell through their bullet proof glass divider for the teller to hear me. Not only was this super embarrassing, I don't understand how it's legal since everyone around could hear all my information.
This financial institution is ridiculous and I will be closing my account as soon as I can.

I usually have no issues here. The bank tellers have been wonderful. However, do not use the ATM to deposit cash! It stole $100 from me, and now I have to wait 10 days before I even hear from the claims department after submitting a dispute.
