This location has to be one of the worst! The wait time are unacceptable and the customer service was just as bad. I have been there a couple times and thought maybe it was the exception, but apparently this horrible service is common place. I don't live in Ut. but have been visiting family. I will never go to this location again and if I experience what I experienced the other day, I will be moving my money to another bank. Extremely disappointed! Especially since I have been with Wells for many years. They WILL NOT be getting word of mouth referrals from me.

Long time customer and they have no bathroom for usage. They directed me to the music store next-door. They informed me that it was an unsafe area and that they no longer offer bathroom usage for customers. Then I said that other banks in the area have restrooms with locks and they could offer the same thing. I was again directed to the music store next-door.

I'll never use this branch again. My CASH deposit didn't post for 24 hours and now I am facing $300 in fees. Cash posts instantly of your teller knows how to do their job. I've had enough of Wells Fargo and this branch's negligence was the last straw, my accounts are all being closed.

Had an appointment at 9AM on a Saturday to open an account, I stood outside while 5 employees stood around laughing. They did not open until 9:03 and opened the other door first after making eye contact with me, no apologies or anything. Beyond disrespectful. Needless to say they aren't getting my business
